Automatic headlamp dipping
System which automatically changes between dipped  and  main  beam  according  to  the Â
a
mbient  light  level  and  the  driving  conditions, Â
u
sing  a  camera  located  in  the  rear  view  mirror.
This
 automatic  headlamp  dipping Â
s
ystem  is  a  driving  aid.  The  driver Â
r
emains  responsible  for  the  vehicle's Â
l
ighting,  its  correct  use  for  the  prevailing Â
c
onditions  of  light,  visibility  and  traffic Â
a
nd  observation  of  driving  and  vehicle Â
r
egulations.
The
 system  will  be  operational  as  soon
 a
s

you

have

exceeded

Â
mph
Â
(25Â km/h).
If
 the  speed  drops  below  9  mph Â
(
15 km/h),  the  system  no  longer Â
ope
rates.

Programming
Daytime running lamps
(LEDs)
They come on automatically when the engine is  started,  when  the  lighting  control  stalk  is  in Â
p
osition " 0" or " AUTO ".
In
 some  weather  conditions  (e.g.  low Â
t
emperature  or  humidity),  the  presence Â
o
f  misting  on  the  internal  sur face  of  the Â
g
lass  of  the  headlamps  and  rear  lamps Â
i
s  normal;  it  disappears  after  the  lamps Â
h
ave  been  on  for  a  few  minutes. The
 remote  switching  on  of  the  lighting  makes Â
y
our approach to the vehicle easier in poor
light.  It  is  activated  when  the  lighting  control Â
i
s in the "
AUTO"  position  and  the  level  of  light Â
d
etected  by  the  sunshine  sensor  is  low.
Switching off
The activation, deactivation and choice of w
elcome  lighting  duration  are  done  in  the Â
"D
riving assistance "
 menu  then  "Vehicle
settings ".
The
 exterior  welcome  lighting  switches  off Â
a
utomatically  after  a  set  time,  when  the  ignition Â

s  switched  on  or  on  locking  the  vehicle.

Adjusting the jets
The f ront  w ashers  i nclude  a n  a djustment  f or  t he Â

eight  of  delivery  from  the  jets.
If
 you  want  to  modify  the  factory  setting,  turn Â

he  screw  on  each  jet  anti-clockwise,  towards Â
t
he  "+"  to  raise  the  jet  or  clockwise,  towards Â
t
he "-"  to  lower  it.
Headlamp wash
F Pull the  windscreen  wiper  stalk  towards  y
ou.  The  windscreen  wash  then  the Â
w
indscreen  wipers  operate  for  a  fixed Â

eriod.
A
 few  moments  after  releasing  the  wiper  stalk, Â

here  is  a  last  wipe  to  clear  any  runs  from  the Â
sc
reen. The
 headlamps  operate  when  the  vehicle  is  m
oving  and  when  the  dipped  beam  headlamps Â
a
re  on.  However,  to  reduce  the  consumption Â
o
f  screenwash  fluid,  the  headlamp  wash  only Â
o
perates  with  every  7th  use  of  the  screenwash Â
o
r  once  every  25  miles  (40  km),  during  a  given Â
j
o u r n ey.

The windscreen wipers operate automatically, without  any  action  on  the  part  of  the  driver,  if Â
