DEACTIVATION
To deactivate the maximum speed, press button 2.
The information “OFF” will appear in the instrument panel.
This action does not cancel the memorised speed, which remains displayed in the instrument panel.
TEMPORARY OVERRIDE OF THE MAXIMUM SPEED
The accelerator pedal has a switch at the end of its travel. By pressing the pedal hard down to activate this switch at any time you can go faster than the memorised maximum speed.

You have only to release the accelerator pedal to return belo w the maximum speed, to restore the function.Note: If during speed limitation the system cannot keep to the maximu m speed (especially on a steep descent or if y o u a c c e l e r a t e t o o h a r d ) , t h e s p e e d fl a s h e s . A d a p t y o u r s p e e d a s n e c e s s a r y .
The function will re-engage when your speed has returned below the desired maximum.
TO CANCEL THE FUNCTIONGive a long press on button 1.
Or stop the engine.Or
The speed that you chose is memorised. The information disappea rs from the instrument panel.
I f t h e r e i s a m a l f u n c t i o n , t h e m e m o r i s e d s p e e d w i l l fl a s h a n d t h e w a r n i n g l a m p “OFF” will come on permanently in the display.

These actions bring up the information “OFF” in the instrument panel.
Adjustment of the memorised speed while cruise control is in operation
To adjust the memorised speed, displayed in zone A, press:Button 3 to increase the speed or
Button 4 to decrease the speed.
Remark: Successive presses will allow to modify the s p e e d i n s t e p s o f 1 k m / h ( 1 m p h ) a n d a c o n t i n u o u s p r e s s i n s t e p s o f 5 k m / h ( 3 m p h ) .
Deactivation of cruise control with memo-rised speed
You can deactivate cruise control:Either by pressing the brake pedal or the clutch Eitherpedal.
Or by the OrESP or ASR systems being active.Or by pressing button Or2.Note: Cruise control is deactivated if the gear lever is in neutral (position N).

These warning lamps may be accompanied by a message and/or a sound signal
ESP/ASR
Operating
If either of the ESP or ASR systems is active, the warning l a m p fl a s h e s .
For a malfunction
When the vehicle is moving, the lighting of this warning lamp indi-cates a system malfunction.
Contact a CITROËN dealer.
Deactivation
The lighting of the warning lamp and of the button ESP indicates that the system is deactivated.
Electric parking brake
When the engine is run-ning, this warning lamp lights up to indicate a mal-functioning of the electric parking brake. The brake is not working properly. Place the gearbox in the P a r k p o s i t i o n ( P ) .
Consult a CITROËN dealer as soon as possible.
ABS
The ABS warning lamp lights up when you switch on the ignition: it should go out after a few seconds. If it does not go out, there could be a sys-tem malfunction. See “Brakes”.
Puncture(s)
If this warning lamp comes on, it indicates a puncture on one or more wheels.
The screen displays an image which shows you which wheel is affected. Contact a CITROËN which shows you which wheel wheel
dealer.
Door open
If this warning lamp comes on while the engine is run-ning, it tells you that one of the doors and/or the boot is open.
Electric parking brake, b r a k e fl u i d l e v e l , b r a k -ing distribution mal-function
With the engine running, the light-ing of this warning lamp indicates that the parking brake is on or not properly released, that the brake fl u i d l e v e l i s l o w o r t h a t t h e b r a k i n g system is malfunctioning.
If the warning lamp remains on even after you have released the parking brake, stop immediately and contact a CITROËN dealer.parking brake, stop immediately stop immediately

SERVICE
This warning lamp remains on for a serious fault. Con-sult a CITROËN dealer as soon as possible.
This warning lamp remains on only for a short time for faults that are minor. Contact a CITROËN dealer if necessary.
To learn the origin of the corre-sponding alert, refer to the log of alerts (See chapter “Multifunction screen” or your NaviDrive instruc- t i o n s ) .
STOP warning lamp
If this warning lamp comes on, it is imperative to stop the vehicle and to switch the engine off. The warn-ing lamp is accompanied by the STOP symbol on the screen as well as on the Head-up display.
Contact a CITROËN dealer as soon as possible.

Rotate the control 1 to select the type of information you wish to suspend.Press button 1.

To quit the selection mode, press button 4.Note: The vehicle speed informa-tion, the “STOPthe “the “” warning lamp and the “ESPthe “the “” warning lamp cannot be suspended.

Press button 1.

When the outside temperature is between +3 °C and –3 °C, the t e m p e r a t u r e d i s p l a y fl a s h e s ( r i s k o f i c e ) .Note: The outside temperature displayed may be higher than the actual temperature if the vehicle is stationary in bright sunlight.
The driver is advised not to oper-ate the controls described below while the vehicle is moving.

Main Menu
Press on button A to bring up the “Main menu” of the multifunc-tion display. This menu gives you access to the following functions:
Radio mono CD
See chapter “RDS Audio Compact Disc system”.
Trip computer
For:Entering the distance to the destination.Access to the log of alerts (recall of the alerts signalled previously.
Access to the status of func-tions, for example automatic lighting of headlamps, ESP, windscreen wipe.
