STARTING AND STOPPING
STOP position: steering lock.
The ignition is off.
Good practice when starting Handbrake
On the version with rotating front seat,
t h e h a n d b r a k e c a n b e d i s e n g a g e d .
P u l l i n g t h e h a n d b r a k e t o i m m o b i l i s e
the vehicle then lowering the lever
d o e s n o t r e l e a s e t h e b r a k e , i t p e r m i t s
rotation of the driver’s seat.

h a n d b r a k e f o r w a r d s .
T h e h a n d b r a k e l e v e r l o w e r s .
You can now rotate the seat.
To return to normal operation, pull the
lever up until it clicks.
I f t h e h a n d b r a k e i s o n o r h a s
n o t b e e n r e l e a s e d f u l l y , t h i s i s
i n d i c a t e d b y :
- a warning light which comes on on the instrument panel,
- a n a u d i b l e s i g n a l ,
- a message on the display.
Key
Take care not to place the key in
contact with grease, dust, rain or a
damp environment.
A h e a v y o b j e c t a t t a c h e d t o t h e k e y ( k e y
ring, ...) weighing down on the shaft
of the key in the ignition switch may
cause a malfunction.

position.
In cold weather, wait for this warning
light to switch off then operate the
starter (Starting position) until the
engine starts.
If the temperature is high enough, the
warning light comes on for less than
one second, you can start without
waiting. Good practice when stopping
Minimise engine and gearbox wear
When switching off the ignition, let the
engine run for a few seconds to allow
t h e t u r b o c h a r g e r t o r e t u r n t o i d l e .
Do not press the accelerator when
switching off the ignition.
There is no need to engage a gear
after parking the vehicle.

Memorising seat positions
T w o d r i v i n g p o s i t i o n s c a n b e m e m o r i s e d , u s i n g buttons M/1 a n d M/2 .
T h e s e a r e l o c a t e d o n t h e s i d e o f t h e seat:
Place the ignition key in the " r u n n i n g " p o s i t i o n ( 2 n d n o t c h ) ,
A d j u s t y o u r s e a t ,
Press button M , t h e n b u t t o n 1 for a fi r s t d r i v i n g p o s i t i o n w i t h i n f o u r s e c o n d s .
Repeat the same actions on buttons M a n d 2 t o s t o r e a n o t h e r d r i v i n g p o s i t i o n .
A n a u d i b l e s i g n a l c o n fi r m s t h a t a p o s i t i o n h a s b e e n m e m o r i s e d .
Memorising a new position cancels the
previous one.
