MyWay
This ergonomic audio equipment offers
a map of Europe on an SD card, a
Bluetooth telephone connection and

This audio equipment incorporates a hard
disc with a capacity of 10 Gb, reserved
for your music.
I t p e r m i t s t h e p l a y i n g o f M P 3 C D s a n d
DVDs.
The Jukebox function permits the
selective playing of up to 10 hours of
music. The detailed map of Europe is
stored on this hard disc, without the
addition of a CD. This map is displayed
on the 16/9ths 7-inch colour screen and
offers a 3D view.
The hands-free GSM telephone, via your
S I M c a r d , a l s o a l l o w s y o u a c c e s s t o t h e
C I T R O Ë N e m e r g e n c y t e a m ( s u b j e c t t o

Changing the remote control
battery
Battery ref.: CR1620/3 volts.
T h e i n f o r m a t i o n " b a t t e r y fl a t " i s g i v e n
b y a n a u d i b l e s i g n a l , a c c o m p a n i e d b y
a message on the multifunction display.
T o r e p l a c e t h e b a t t e r y , u n c l i p t h e
casing using a coin at the ring.
If the remote control does not work
a f t e r t h e b a t t e r y h a s b e e n c h a n g e d ,
re-programme the remote control.
Programming the remote
control
Following changing of the
r e m o t e c o n t r o l b a t t e r y o r
disconnection of the vehicle
b a t t e r y , t h e r e m o t e c o n t r o l m a y
h a v e t o b e r e p r o g r a m m e d .
Do not discard the remote control
b a t t e r i e s , t h e y c o n t a i n m e t a l s w h i c h
are harmful to the environment.
Take them to a CITROËN dealer , or to
any other approved collection point. Wait at least one minute
b e f o r e u s i n g t h e r e m o t e
control.
Insert the key in the ignition
s w i t c h w i t h t h e b u t t o n s
(padlocks) of the remote control
facing you.
Switch on the ignition.
Press the locking padlock for at
l e a s t fi v e s e c o n d s w i t h i n t h e n e x t
ten seconds.
Switch off the ignition.
W a i t a t l e a s t o n e m i n u t e b e f o r e u s i n g
the remote control.
The remote control is now working
again.

DOORS
Automatic central locking
The doors can lock automatically when
you are driving (at a speed of more
than 6 mph (10 km/h)).
You can activate or deactivate this
function.
To deactivate
With the ignition on, press
and hold the padlock.
Deactivation of the function is
a c c o m p a n i e d b y a n a u d i b l e s i g n a l .
Opening the doors from outside Opening the doors
from inside
If the vehicle is locked or
deadlocked from the outside, the
r e d w a r n i n g l i g h t fl a s h e s a n d t h e
padlock does not function. In this case,
use the key or the remote control to
unlock from the outside.
The door opening switches do
not function when the vehicle is
deadlocked.
Locking/Unlocking from
the inside
Press the padlock, the red
warning light comes on when
the vehicle is locked and switches off
when it is unlocked.
This locks/unlocks the doors and the
tailgate.
To activate
With the ignition on, press
and hold the padlock.
Activation of the function is
a c c o m p a n i e d b y a n a u d i b l e s i g n a l a n d
a message on the display .
"Door open" alert
If a door or the tailgate is not closed
properly:
- when the engine is running , you
a r e w a r n e d b y a g r a p h i c a n d a
message on the display for a few
seconds,
- when the vehicle is moving
( s p e e d a b o v e 6 m p h ( 1 0 k m / h ) ) ,
the service warning light comes on.
I t i s a c c o m p a n i e d b y a n a u d i b l e
signal, a message and a graphic on
the display for a few seconds.

CHILD SAFETY
Simultaneous locking or
unlocking of the tailgate
and the doors
T h e t a i l g a t e i s l o c k e d o r u n l o c k e d b y
the remote control or the driver’s door
or passenger door lock.
To open, operate the handle C and lift
the tailgate.
Tailgate release
Always remove the ignition key
when leaving the vehicle, even for
a short time. The tailgate locks automatically
w h e n t h e v e h i c l e i s b e i n g d r i v e n
at more than 6 mph (10 km/h) and
unlocks when one of the front doors is
opened.
A - Mechanical
This prevents either of the rear doors
b e i n g o p e n e d f r o m i n s i d e .
- Turn the switch A a quarter of a
turn using the ignition key.
B - Electric
This disarms all the electrical controls
in the rear:
- electric windows,
- sliding side doors,
- sunroofs in rows 2 and 3.

A message appears on the display,
a c c o m p a n i e d b y a n a u d i b l e s i g n a l ,
indicating the status of the function:
activated or not activated.

This safety system is independent of
the central locking.
In the event of a serious impact, the doors
are unlocked automatically to permit
a c c e s s b y t h e e m e r g e n c y s e r v i c e s .
"Tailgate open" warning
When the engine is running or the
v e h i c l e i s b e i n g d r i v e n , y o u a r e w a r n e d
i f t h e t a i l g a t e i s n o t c l o s e d c o r r e c t l y b y
a diagram on the display, accompanied
b y a n a u d i b l e s i g n a l . T h i s e n a b l e s t h e t a i l g a t e t o b e
unlocked in the event of a central
locking fault.
