Head-up display
System which projects information onto a
transparent strip in the field of vision of the
driver so that the
y do not have to take their eyes off the road. This system operates when the hybrid system is active and the settings are stored when the
ignition is switched off.

The batteries contain harmful substances such as sulphuric acid and lead. They must be disposed of inaccordance with regulations and must not, in any circumstances, be discarded with household waste.
Take used remote control batteriesand vehicle batteries to a special collection point.
Do not reverse the polarity and use only a 12 V charger.
Do not disconnect the terminals whilethe engine is running.
Do not charge the batteries without disconnecting the terminals first.
Do not push the vehicle to star t the engine if it is fitted with the 6 -speed electronic gearbox.
It is advisable to disconnect the battery if the vehicle is to be left unused for more than one month.
Following reconnectionof the battery
Following reconnection of the battery, switch
on the ignition and wait 1 minute before star tingto permit initialisation of the electronic systems.However, if problems remain following this
operation, contact a CITROËN dealer or aqualified workshop.
Referring to the corresponding section, you
must yourself reinitialise:
- the remote control key,
- the panoramic sunroof blind,
- the
GPS satellite navigation system.
Load reduction mode
System which manages the use of certainfunctions according to the level of charge
remaining in the battery.
When the vehicle is being driven, the load
reduction function temporarily deactivates cer tain functions, such as the air conditioning,
the heated rear screen...
The deactivated functions are reactivated
automatically as soon as conditions permit.
Do not attempt to charge the highvoltage battery.
Before disconnecting the battery
Wait 2 minutes after switching off the ignitionbefore disconnecting the battery.
Close the windows and the doors beforedisconnecting the battery.

The fitting of electrical equipment or accessories which are not recommended by CITROËN may resultin a failure of your vehicle's electronicsystem and excessive electricalconsumption.
Please note this precaution. You are advised to contact a CITROËNrepresentative to be shown the range of recommended equipment and accessories.
Installation of radio communication transmitters
Before installing any after-market radiocommunication transmitter, you can contact a CITROËN dealer for the specification of transmitters which can be fitted (frequency, maximum power, aerial position, specific installation requirements), in line with the Vehicle Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (2004/10 4/EC).
Depending on the legislation in force in the country, it may be compulsoryto have a high visibility safety vest,warning triangle and spare bulbs andfuses available in the vehicle.

twice to open the list of
recent destinations.
Select the desired destination and confi rm to start guidance. TOWARDS A CONTACT IN THE CONTACTS DIRECTORY
Select " Select destination" andconfi rm, then select " Directory
" and confi rm.
