PRESENTATION
Within the chapters symbols draw your attention to specific
information:
This handbook is designed to familiarise you with
the new vehicle
from the moment you get behind the wheel and to des cribe the
operating features.
Reading the handbook is made easy by a content con sisting of
10 identified chapters which can be located by mean s of a colour
code specific to each one. Its sections cover, by t heme, all of the
functions of the vehicle in its most complete speci fication.
Chapter 9 indicates all of the technical data rela ting to your
vehicle.
Chapter 10 enables you to find the controls, the f unctions and
their associated page numbers on the Jumper silhoue tte diagrams
(visual index). directs you to the chapter and section which conta
ins detailed
information concerning a function,
indicates important information relating to use of the equipment,
alerts you to the safety of individuals and equipm ent on board.
This symbol provides information about the equipme nt
specific to the combi model.

Environment
ENVIRONMENT
CITROËN clean HDi Diesel engines
(Common Rail diesel direct injection)
have the characteristic of offering low
consumption and minimising emissions of
CO2. In addition to this contribution, these
engines provide a highly acclaimed level of
driving pleasure. - observe the service intervals; we
recommend that services are carried
out by a CITROËN dealer, authorised to
collect used batteries and fluids,
- in order to preserve the reliability of the engine and emission control system, do
not use engine oil additives.
As the driver, you also can contribute to
protecting the environment by following
certain rules:
- adopt a preventive style of driving, without frequent and sharp acceleration. Refer to the starting and stopping
"good practice" advice at the end of
chapter 2.

vehicle’s towing possibilities and its gross train weight, contact a CITROËN dealer.
The speed of a towing vehicle must not exceed 60 m ph (100 km/h) (comply with the legislation in force in your country).
High exterior temperatures may result in a reducti on in the performance of the vehicle to protect the engine. When the exterior
temperature is higher than 37 °C, limit the weight towed.
