B. DE-BRAKING
After effort ending, the two pistons resume their initial position under the effect of the retainer
springs, while the fluid is coming back and the pressure is decreasing in both circuits.
PRIMARY CIRCUIT – PRESSURE LOOSING
Lack of pressure in the primary circuit leads to the following situation :
The primary piston is a dvancing up to the pin, so is controlling mechanically the secondary
piston. The secondary piston reaches a fluid pressure that shall operate on the piston – linings
assembly moving it t o the right, opening also t he second e xit of t he rear circ uit ( the by-pass
circuit) increasing the pressure for this circuit. In this moment, by means of the transducer, the warning light on the instrument panel is on.
SECONDARY CIRCUIT – PRESSURE LOOSING
Both pump pistons go on. The caliper cylinders of the front brake shall normally operate.
The secondary piston re aches its respective pi n, but the pre ssure will decrease (due to the
failure). BRAKE PUMP

OIL PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT STILL ON
AFTER ENGINE STARTING
Check the oil pressure
The pressure is correct.
Replace the oil pressure switch. The pressure is not correct.
There is a failure in the oil circuit.
OIL PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT IS NOT ON
WHEN CONTACT SWITCH ON
Place the wire from the oil pressure switch to the ground.
Wa r ning light is not on.
Check if the bulb is not burnt.
Warning light is on. Replace the oil pressure
switch.
Burnt bulb. Replace it. Bulb is not burnt . Check the bulb
supply wiring and fix it.
FUEL LEVEL INDICATOR
SHOWING ALWAYS FULL
Disconnect the connection wire t o the probe.
The indicator comes back
to zero. Re place the probe. The indicator
does not come to zero.Is there
any ground short-circuit of the connection
wi re to the probe?

FUEL LEVEL TRANSMITTER REPLACEMENT
DISMOUNTING
Disconnect the battery.
Dismount the fuel tank-visiting cap, by acting upon the attachment screws.
Disconnect the transmitter connector from the rear wiring / fuel tank cap.
D etach the clips of the hoses connected to the fuel tank cap.
Rotate the probe attachment flange from right to left, by about 1/3 rotation, until it is released
from the attachment shoulders.
Pull out the assembly fuel tank cap-fuel pump-level transmitter;
Dismount the attachment screws of the fuel level transmitter.
REMOUNTING
Perform in the reverse order the dismounting operations, checking carefully the condition of
the tank cap-sealing gasket.
