If you say "Play Artist Prince" thesystem does not play music by Prince andthe Revolution or Prince and the NewPower Generation.
You may not be sayingthe name exactly as it issaved.The system may not bereading the name thesame way you are sayingit.Make sure you are saying the complete titlesuch as "California remix featuring JenniferNettles".

If the songs are saved in capital letters, youhave to spell them. LOLA requires you tosay "L-O-L-A".Do not use special characters in the title asthe system does not recognise them.

SYNC does notunderstand or iscalling thewrong contactwhen I want tomake a call.
Make sure you are saying the contactsexactly as they are listed. For example, if acontact is saved as Joe Wilson, say "CallJoe Wilson".Contacts in your phone-book may be very shortand similar, or they maycontain special charac-ters.
The system works better if you list fullnames such as "Joe Wilson" rather than"Joe".Your phonebookcontacts may be savedin capital letters.
Do not use special characters such as 123or ICE as the system does not recognisethem.If contacts are saved in capital letters, youhave to spell them. JAKE requires you tosay "Call J-A-K-E".You can also use the mobile phone andmedia candidate lists to get a list ofpossible candidates when the system didnot fully understand you. See Using VoiceRecognition (page 198).

Your vehicle has been tested andcertified to legislations relating toelectromagnetic compatibility(72/245/EEC, UN ECE Regulation 10 orother applicable local requirements). It isyour responsibility to make sure that anyequipment you have fitted complies withapplicable local legislations. Have anyequipment fitted by an authorised dealer.
WARNINGS
The radio frequency transmitterequipment (e.g. mobile telephones,amateur radio transmitters etc.) mayonly be fitted to your vehicle if they keepto the parameters shown in the tablebelow. There are no special provisions orconditions for installations or use.
Do not mount any transceiver,microphones, speakers, or any otheritem in the deployment path of theairbag system.
Do not fasten antenna cables tooriginal vehicle wiring, fuel pipes andbrake pipes.
Keep antenna and power cables atleast 4 inches (10 centimetres) fromany electronic modules and airbags.

•Speech Recognition: If theSOFTWARE includes speechrecognition component(s), you shouldunderstand that speech recognition isan inherently statistical process andthat recognition errors are inherent inthe process. Neither FORD MOTORCOMPANY nor its suppliers shall beliable for any damages arising out oferrors in the speech recognitionprocess.
•Limitations on Reverse Engineering,Decompilation and Disassembly:You may not reverse engineer,decompile, or disassemble nor permitothers to reverse engineer, decompileor disassemble the SOFTWARE, exceptand only to the extent that such activityis expressly permitted by applicablelaw notwithstanding this limitation.
•Limitations on Distributing,Copying, Modifying and CreatingDerivative Works: You may notdistribute, copy, make modificationsto or create derivative works based onthe SOFTWARE, except and only to theextent that such activity is expresslypermitted by applicable lawnotwithstanding this limitation.
•Single EULA: The end userdocumentation for the DEVICE andrelated systems and services maycontain multiple EULAs, such asmultiple translations and/or multiplemedia versions (e.g., in the userdocumentation and in the software).Even if you receive multiple EULAs, youare licenced to use only one (1) copyof the SOFTWARE.

If the SOFTWARE is an upgrade,any transfer must include all priorversions of the SOFTWARE.
•Termination: Without prejudice to anyother rights, FORD MOTOR COMPANYor MS may terminate this EULA if youfail to comply with the terms andconditions of this EULA.
•Security Updates/Digital RightsManagement: Content owners usethe WMDRM technology included inyour DEVICE to protect theirintellectual property, includedcopyrighted content. Portions of theSOFTWARE on your DEVICE useWMDRM software to accessWMDRM-protected content. If theWMDRM software fails to protect thecontent, content owners may askMicrosoft to revoke the SOFTWARE'sability to use WMDRM to play or copyprotected content. This action doesnot affect unprotected content. Whenyour DEVICE downloads licences forprotected content, you agree thatMicrosoft may include a revocation listwith the licences. Content owners mayrequire you to upgrade the SOFTWAREon your DEVICE to access their content.If you decline an upgrade, you will notbe able to access content that requiresthe upgrade.
•Consent to Use of Data: You agreethat MS, Microsoft Corporation, FORDMOTOR COMPANY, third partysoftware and systems suppliers, theiraffiliates and/or their designated agentmay collect and use technicalinformation gathered in any manner aspart of product support services relatedto the SOFTWARE or related services.MS, Microsoft Corporation, FORDMOTOR COMPANY, third partysoftware and services suppliers, theiraffiliates and/or their designated agentmay use this information solely toimprove their products or to providecustomized services or technologies toyou. MS, Microsoft Corporation, FORDMOTOR COMPANY, third partysoftware and systems suppliers, theiraffiliates and/or their designated agentmay disclose this information to others,but not in a form that personallyidentifies you.
•Internet-Based ServicesComponents: The SOFTWARE maycontain components that enable andfacilitate the use of certainInternet-based services. Youacknowledge and agree that MS,Microsoft Corporation, FORD MOTORCOMPANY, third party software andservice suppliers, their affiliates and/ortheir designated agent mayautomatically check the version of theSOFTWARE and/or its componentsthat you are utilizing and may provideupgrades or supplements to theSOFTWARE that may be automaticallydownloaded to your DEVICE.
•Additional Software/Services: TheSOFTWARE may permit FORD MOTORCOMPANY, third party software andservice suppliers, MS, MicrosoftCorporation, their affiliates and/or theirdesignated agent to provide or makeavailable to you SOFTWARE updates,
