FUSE PRECAUTIONS
WARNING: Always disconnect thebattery before servicing high currentfuses.
WARNING: To reduce risk ofelectrical shock, always replace thecover to the power distribution boxbefore reconnecting the battery orrefilling fluid reservoirs.
WARNING: Always replace a fusewith one that has the specifiedamperage rating. Using a fuse with ahigher amperage rating can cause severewire damage and could start a fire.

ACCESSING THE UNDER HOODFUSE BOX
1.Pull the latch toward you and removethe top cover.
2.Pull the connector lever upward.
3.Pull the connector upward to removeit.

4.Pull both latches toward you andremove the fuse box.
5.Turn the fuse box over and open thelid.

Closing the Hood
WARNING: Make sure that you fullylatch the hood before driving. Failure to
follow this instruction could result inpersonal injury or death.
1.Lower the hood and allow it to dropunder its own weight for the last10–14 in (25–35 cm).
