When the rear seat controls are on, push the ªSPKRS ON-OFFº

the speakers back on, if previously turned off by the
ªSPKRS ON-OFFº button on the rear seat controls.

Using the ªSCANº function (Stereo Cassette Radio)

Press the ªSCANº button to enter the scan mode. The radio
will begin scanning up the frequency band, stopping on each
listenable station for approximately a five-second sampling.
This continues until you press the ªSCANº button a second
time. The display flashes ªAMº or ªFM.º

Setting the station MEMORY PRESET buttons

Your radio is equipped with 5 station memory buttons.
These buttons can be used to select up to 5 preset AM
stations and 10 preset FM stations (5 in FM1 and 5 in FM2).

Select a band, then select a frequency.

sound to the left speakers.

Some FM radio stations advertise a ªrounded-offº frequency
which is not the frequency they actually broadcast on. For
example, a radio station that is assigned a frequency of 98.7
MHz may call itself ªRadio 99º even though 99.0 MHz is not an
allowable FM broadcast frequency.
