In the U.S.
If you believe that your vehicle has a defect which could cause a crash or could cause injury or death, you
should immediately inform the Nati onal Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in addition to
notifying American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
If NHTSA receives similar complaints, it may open an inve stigation, and if it finds that a safety defect exists
in a group of vehicles, it may order a recall and remedy campaign. However, NHTSA cannot become involved
in individual problems between you, your dealer, or American Honda Motor Co., Inc.

Warranty Coverages
■U.S. Owners
Your new vehicle is cove red by these warranties:
New Vehicle Limited Warranty – covers your new vehicle against defects in
materials and workmanship.
Powertrain Limited Warranty – the powertrain in your new Honda is covered by
a limited warranty. The duration of warrant y coverage may vary. Please read your
warranty booklet for details.
High Voltage Battery Capacity Warranty – gradual capacity loss of the high
voltage battery is expected and not cove red under warranty. Greater than normal
degradation is covered and can be determined by an authorized Honda Clarity
Electric dealer. Please read your warranty booklet for details.
Tire Warranty – the original tires are warranted by their manufacturer. Your Honda
automobile dealer will be glad to assist you in contac ting the tire’s manufacturer, if
needed. Please read your warranty booklet for details.
Seat Belt Limited Warranty – a seat belt that fails to function properly is covered
by a limited warranty. Please read your warranty booklet for details.
Rust Perforation Limited Warranty – all exterior body panels are covered against
rusting from the inside out for the specified time period, regardless of mileage.
Accessory Limite d Warranty – Honda accessories are covered under this
warranty. Time and mileage limits depend on the type of accessory and other
factors. Please read your warranty booklet for details.

Replacement Parts Limited Warranty – covers all Honda replacement parts
against defects in materials and workmanship.
Replacement 12-Volt Batte ry Limited Warranty – provides prorated coverage
for a replacement battery purchased from an authorized Honda Clarity Electric
dealer.
Restrictions and exclusions apply to a ll these warranties. Please read the Honda
warranty information booklet that came with your vehicle for precise information on
warranty coverages. Your vehi cle’s original tires are covered by their manufacturer.
