B230D04E-GAT Using a Child Restraint System with "ISOFIX" System and"Tether Anchorage" System ISOFIX is a standardised method of fitting child seats that eliminates the need to use the standard adult seat beltto secure the seat in the vehicle. This enables a much more secure and posi- tive location with the added benefit ofeasier and quicker installation. An ISOFIX-seat can only be installed if it has vehicle-specific approval in ac- cordance with the requirements of ECE- R44. For your Hyundai, the HyundaiISOFIX GR1 / Hyundai Duo / Römer
B230D01A ISOFIX GR1 and the Römer Duo ISOFIX / Britax Duo ISOFIX is approved ac-cording to the requirement ECE-R44. This seat has been tested extensively by Hyundai and is recommended foryour Hyundai. NOTE: At present, this seat is the only one complying with that provision. Incase that other manufacturers will furnish proof of a respective certifi- cation, Hyundai is going to evaluatethis seat carefully and will give a recommendation provided that seat complies to the law. Please ask yourHyundai dealer in this respect.

B470A01A-AAT (If Installed) To Remove the Sunshade
1. Pull the sunshade knob toward the front of the sunshade then pull down the rear of the sunshade.
2. Then, you can easily remove the sunshade.
To Install the Sunshade
1. Install the hook into the holder at- tached on the front of the sunroof.
2. Slide and lock the sunshade into the catch.

B450B02A-AAT Rear Drink Holder (Without Seat Warmer) The rear drink holder is located on the rear main console and may be used for holding cups or cans. WARNING:
o Use caution when using the drink holders. A spilled beverage that isvery hot can injure you or your passengers. Spilled liquids candamage interior trim and electri- cal components.
o Do not place anything except
drinks in the drink holder. Suchobjects can be thrown out, possi- bly injuring persons in the vehicleduring sudden braking or in the event of an accident.

SUNROOF
B460A01A-AAT (If Installed) To Tilt Up the Sunroof
The sunroof can be manually opened or closed.
1. Pull the handle down and then for- ward and up as indicated by the arrows in the illustration.
2. Push the handle at the center to lock the sunroof in the open position.
3. After tilting up the sunroof, make
sure the handle is secure in place.
WARNING:
Never install or remove the sunshadewhile driving.
CAUTION:
o Installation or removal of the sun- shade should be done with the sunroof closed.
o Before driving, make sure the sun-
shade is securely installed.

1. Pull the handle toward you.
2. After the sunroof has been closed,lock the handle back into position.
3. Be sure that the sunroof and handle are securely closed.

B460C01A-AAT To Remove the Sunroof
1. Remove the sunshade before re- moving the sunroof.
2. Pull the handle all the way down-
ward.
3. Depress the handles of the base plate to release them from their holes.
4. Raise the sunroof glass from outside of the vehicle until it is perpendicular to the roof panel.
WARNING:
o Do not close the sunroof if anyone’s hands, arms or other body parts are between the sunroof and the sunroof sash as this may cause an injury.
o Do not place your head or arms out of the sunroof opening at anytime.
CAUTION:
o Do not open the sunroof in se- verely cold temperatures or whenit is covered with ice or snow.
o Remove water drops, snow, ice or
sand from the sunroof before open-ing.

B460D01A-AAT To Install the Sunroof
1. Insert the flat hinges into the cut-
outs. Then supporting the sunroof with your hands, slowly lower it.
2. Make sure both of the flat hinges are securely inserted into their cutouts.
3. Depress the handles of the base plate and insert into the holes. B460E01A-AAT Storing the Sunroof and the Sun- shade There is a storage bag in the trunk. Place the sunroof or sunshade into thestorage bag and store it in the trunk.
CAUTION:
o Be careful not to place heavy ob- jects on the bag, otherwise thesunshade or sunroof may be de- formed or broken.
o When storing the sunroof and sun- shade into the storage bag, put thesunshade on top of the sunroof.

WARNING:
o Never install or remove the sunroof while driving.
o Never put your hands between the sunroof and the car's body.
o Do not drive the vehicle without being certain that the sunroof is securely locked in place.
INTERIOR LIGHT
B480A01E-AAT Map Light (If Installed)
The two map light switches are located on both sides of the front overheadconsole. Push in the map light switch to turn the light on or off. This light pro- duces a spot beam for convenient useas a map light at night or as a personal light for the driver and the passenger.
