Vehicle without front fog lamp
To turn on the rear fog lamp:
Position the light switch in the headlamp
position, and then turn the light switch
(1) to the rear fog lamp position.
To turn the rear fog lamps off, do one of
the following:
[ Turn off the headlamp switch.
[ Turn the light switch to the rear fog
lamp position again.
Battery saver function
The purpose of this feature is to prevent
the battery from being discharged.
The system automatically turns off the
position lamp when the driver turns the
engine off and opens the driver-side
door.
With this feature, the position lamps will
turn off automatically if the driver parks
on the side of road at night.
If necessary, to keep the lamps on when
the engine is turned off, perform the
following:
1) Open the driver-side door.
2) Turn the position lamps OFF and ON
again using the light switch on the
steering column.
Headlamps delay function
(if equipped)
If you place the ignition switch in the
ACC or OFF position with the headlamps
ON, the headlamps (and/or position
lamps) remain on for about 5 minutes.
However, with the engine off if the
G U L Y H UT V G R R U L V R S H Q H G D Q G F O R V H G W K H
headlamps (and/or position lamps) are
turned off after 15 seconds.
The headlamps (and/or position lamps)
can be turned off by pressing the lock
button on the remote key or smart
key twice or turning the light switch to
the OFF or AUTO position. However, if
you turn the light switch to the AUTO
position when it is dark outside, the
headlamps will not be turned off.

WARNING
If the function does not work properly,
we recommend that the system be
inspected by a HYUNDAI authorised
repairer. Do not attempt to inspect or
replace the wiring yourself.
Low Beam Assist-Static light
Whilst driving a corner, for greater
visibility and safety, either the left or
right side Low Beam Assist-Static light
will turn on automatically. The Low
Beam Assist-Static light will turn on
when one of the following conditions
occurs.
[ Vehicle speed is less than 6 mph (10
km/h) and steering wheel angle is
turned approximately 80 degrees with
the low beam on.
[ Vehicle speed is between 6 mph
(10 km/h) to 56 mph (90 km/h)
and steering wheel angle is turned
approximately 35 degrees with the low
beam on.
[ When the vehicle is in reverse with
one of the conditions above satisfied,
the light opposite to the direction the
steering wheel is turned will turn on.

You can listen to each radio station for
a few seconds to test the reception and
select the one you want.
1. From the radio screen, press the
[ 0 ( 1 8 & / 2 & .] button on the control
panel.
2. When the option selection window
displays, turn the [ 7 8 1 (] knob to
select 6 F D Q, and then press the knob.
[ The system searches for radio
stations with strong radio signals
and plays each radio station for
about five seconds.
3. When you find the radio station you
want to listen to, press the [ 7 8 1 (]
knob.
[ You can continue listening to the
selected station.

To search for the previous or next
available radio station, press the [<
6 ( ( .] button / [ 7 5 $ & . >] button on the
control panel.
[ You can also press and hold the
[< 6 ( ( .] button / [ 7 5 $ & . >] button
to search for frequencies quickly.
When you release the button, a radio
station with a strong signal is selected
automatically.
If you know the exact frequency of the
radio station you want to listen to, turn
the [ 7 8 1 (] knob on the control panel to
change the frequency.

You can save your favorite radio stations
and listen to them by selecting them
from the preset list.
Saving the current radio station
Whilst listening to the radio, press and
hold the desired number button on the
control panel.
[ The radio station you are listening to
will be added to the selected number.
[ To save the next page of the preset
list, press the [FAV] button.

Using the auto save function
You can search for radio stations in your
area where there is a strong signal. The
results of your search can be saved to
the preset list automatically.
1. From the radio screen, press the
[ 0 ( 1 8 & / 2 & .] button on the control
panel.
2. When the option selection window
displays, turn the [ 7 8 1 (] knob to
select Autostore, and then press the
knob.

1. Confirm the preset number for the
radio station you want to listen to.
[ To view the next page of the preset
list, press the [FAV] button.
2. On the control panel, press the

control panel to access the following
menu options:
[ / L V W: Access the file list.
[ ) R O G H U O L V W: Access the folder list.
[ Information: Display information
about the song currently playing.
[ 6 R X Q G V H W W L Q J V: You can change
the settings related to sounds, such
as location where sound will be
concentrated and the output level for
each range.
- % D O D Q F H: Select a location where
sound will be concentrated in the
vehicle. Select % D O D Q F H, turn the
[ 7 8 1 (] knob to select the desired
position, and then press the knob.
To set sound to be centred in the
vehicle, select & H Q W U H.
- ( T X D O L V H U: Adjust the output level for
each sound tone mode.

volume to be adjusted automatically
according to your driving speed.

panel within the first 2 seconds of the

button on the control panel twice to
play the previous song.

Playing repeatedly
On the control panel, press the [
5 3 7] button. The repeat play mode
changes each time you press it. The
corresponding mode icon will be
displayed on the screen.
Playing in random order
On the control panel, press the
[ 6 + ) /] button. The shuffle play mode is
activated or deactivated each time you
press it. When you activate the shuffle
mode, the corresponding mode icon will
be displayed on the screen.

1. On the control panel, press the

3. Navigate to the desired folder in the

Pairing devices with your system
For Bluetooth connections, first pair your
device with your system to add it to the
system’s list of Bluetooth devices. You
can register up to five devices.
1. From the control panel, press the
[ 3 + 2 1 (] button, and then select
3 K R Q H V H W W L Q J V X $ G G Q H Z G H Y L F H.
[ If you are pairing a device with your
system for the first time, you can
also press the Call/Answer button
on the steering wheel.
2. On the Bluetooth device you want to
connect, activate Bluetooth, search
for your vehicle’s system, and then
select it.
[ Check the system’s Bluetooth
name, which is displayed in the new
registration pop-up window on the
system screen.
5. Enter or confirm the passkey to
confirm the connection.
[ If the passkey input screen is
displayed on the Bluetooth device
screen, enter the passkey ‘0000’
which is displayed on the system
screen.
[ If the 6-digit passkey is displayed
on the Bluetooth device screen,
ensure that the Bluetooth passkey
displayed on the Bluetooth device
is the same as the passkey on the
system screen and confirm the
connection from the device.

Connecting a paired device
To use a Bluetooth device on your
system, connect the paired device to the
system. Your system can connect with
only one device at a time.
1. From the control panel, press the
[ 3 + 2 1 (] button, and then select
3 K R Q H V H W W L Q J V X 3 D L U H G G H Y L F H V.
[ If there is no connected device,
press the Call/Answer button on the
steering wheel.
2. Turn the [ 7 8 1 (] knob to select the
device to connect, and then press the
knob.
[ If another device is already
connected to your system,
disconnect it. Select the connected
device to disconnect.

Disconnecting a device
If you want to stop using a Bluetooth
device or connect another device,
disconnect your currently connected
device.
1. From the control panel, press the
[ 3 + 2 1 (] button, and then select
3 K R Q H V H W W L Q J V X 3 D L U H G G H Y L F H V.
2. Turn the [ 7 8 1 (] knob to select your
currently connected device and then
press the knob.
3. Press the [ 5 3 7] button to select < H V.
Deleting paired devices
If you no longer want a Bluetooth device
paired or if you want to connect a new
device when the Bluetooth device list is
full, delete paired devices.
1. From the control panel, press the
[ 3 + 2 1 (] button, and then select
3 K R Q H V H W W L Q J V X ' H O H W H G H Y L F H V.
2. Turn the [ 7 8 1 (] knob to select the
device to delete, and then press the
knob.
3. Press the [ 5 3 7] button to select < H V.
