4)Do not use special characters (e.g., “@”, “hyphen -“, “asterisk *”,
ampersand &”).
5)If a name is not recognized from the contact list, change it to a more
descriptive name (e.g., use
“Grandpa Joseph” instead of “Pa
Joe”).
