problems with their new vehicle.

1) There is a defect(s) which substantially impairs the use, safety, or value of the vehicle, AND
2) The defect(s) still exists or has recurred after either:
A. three or more repair attempts for the same defect, two or more which mus\
t be by the same dealer, or
B. being out of service by reason of repair for any combination of defects \
for a cumulative total of 15 ormore business days,
AND
3) This unrepaired defect(s) happened within the Lemon Law’s term of protection: the manufacturer’s expresswarranties, or the three year period following the delivery date of the \
vehicle to the original consumer buyer
or lessee, or during the first 18,000 miles of operation, whichever come\
s first,
AND
4) You notified the manufacturer that you wanted a refund or replacement veh\
icle and you gave the manufacturerone final repair attempt of no more than 7 business days.
