Consumer Affairs Procedures
To assist you the Consumer Assistance Center will ask for the following information:
•Your name, address and telephone number
•Vehicle identification number (on dashboard and on label installed on the driver ’s door).
•Date of purchase
•Current odometer reading
•Your Kia dealership’s name
