Interior features

Sun visors and vanity mirrors
To set the visor in the forward
position, flip it down.
To set the visor in the side
position, flip down, unhook,
and swing it to the side.
To use the side extender, place
the visor in the side position,
then slide it backward.
Slide the cover to open.
The light turns on when the cover
is opened.

NOTICE
To prevent 12-volt battery discharge
Do not leave the vanity lights on for extended periods while the hybrid sys-
tem is off.

Clock
Pressing and holding will
move the clock hands back-

Ashtrays
Open the ashtray lid.
To remove the ashtray, pull the
ashtray lid upwards.
: If equipped
CAUTION
When not in use
Keep the ashtray closed. In the event of sudden braking or sudden swerv-
ing, an accident may occur due to an occupant being struck by the open
ashtray or ash flying out.
To prevent fire
Fully extinguish matches and cigarettes before putting them in the ashtray,
then make sure the ashtray is fully closed.
Do not place paper or any other type of flammable object in the ashtray.

Power outlets
Front
Open the lid.
Rear
Open the lid.
The power outlets can be used when
The power switch is in ACCESSORY or ON mode.
The power outlets can be used for 12V accessories that run on less
than 10A.

NOTICE
To avoid damaging the power outlets
Close the power outlet lids when the power outlets are not in use.
Foreign objects or liquids that enter the power outlets may cause a short cir-
cuit.
To prevent blown fuse
Do not use an accessory that uses more than 12V 10A.
To prevent 12-volt battery discharge
Do not use the power outlets longer than necessary when the hybrid system
is off.

Heated steering wheel
Turns the heater on/off
The indicator light comes on when
the heater is operating.
Operating condition
The power switch is in ON mode.
Timer
The heated steering wheel will automatically turn off after about 30 minutes.
: If equipped
The heated steering wheel heats the side grips of the steering
wheel.

CAUTION
Burns
Care should be taken to prevent injury if anyone in the following categories
comes in contact with the steering wheel when the heated steering wheel is
on:
Babies, small children, the elderly, the sick and the physically challenged
Persons with sensitive skin
Persons who are fatigued
Persons who have taken alcohol or drugs that induce sleep (sleeping
drugs, cold remedies, etc.)
NOTICE
To prevent the 12-volt battery from being discharged
Turn the switch off when the hybrid system is off.

Seat heaters/seat ventilators
: If equipped
The seat can be warmed and air from the seat can improve ventila-
tion.
Front seat heaters and ventilators (if equipped)/rear seat heat-

Seat heater switches
The indicator light (yellow) on the
switch comes on when the seat
heater is operating.
Seat ventilator switches (front
seats only)
The indicator light (green) on the
switch comes on when the seat
ventilator is operating.

played.

The seat heater temperature level
is displayed.
Modes and indicators
The mode changes each time the switch is pressed as follows:
*: The mode changes automatically depending on the amount of time that
has elapsed. The amount of time until the mode changes varies depending
on the interior temperature when the seat heater was operated and other
factors.
