Ashtrays
Front
To remove the ashtray, push the release lever.
Rear
To remove the ashtray, press down on the plate
and lift the ashtray out.

Console Boxes
Front
To open, slide and lift the armrest with the knob
pulled up.
Overhead
To open, press in the overhead console.
There is a power outlet located in the front console box.

Glove Box
Opens: press the button.
Locks
Unlocks
The glove box can be locked and unlocked using
the mechanical key.
Cup Holders
Front (press-in type)
To open, press down on the front of the lid.
Front (slide type)
To open, pull and hold the knob and slide the arm-
rest.
Rear
To open, press in and release.

Trunk Storage Extension
Pull down the rear armrest.
Lift up the trunk door cover.
Open the inside trunk door from the trunk and
load baggage or other items.
Longer items can be loaded in the vehicle by utilizing the trunk space and rear seat area.

Luggage Mat
Pull the lever upwards when lifting the luggage
mat up.
The lever can be hooked on the edge of the trunk.

Operates all door locks.

Use the entry function or wireless remote control (P. 6 , 7 )
■Rear door child-protector lock
Pushing down the switch prevents the rear doors
from being opened from the inside.
Always set the child protector locks when chil-
dren are seated in the rear seat.

To o p e n : press the switch.
To c l o s e : pull the switch up.
Fully pulling up and releasing the switches
causes the windows to close fully. Fully
pressing down and releasing the switches
causes the windows to open fully.
Window lock switch
The window lock switch disables the opera-
tion of passenger window switches.
Moon Roof (If Equipped)
■Opening and closing
Opens
The moon roof stops slightly before the fully
opened position.
To fully open, press the switch again.

Fuel Tank Cap
Press the fuel filler door opener.
Slowly remove the cap by turning it counter-
clockwise.
After the cap is removed, it can be hung on the
inside of the fuel filler door.
Hood
Pull the hood release lever.
Insert your fingers under the hood, pull the
hood catch and lift the hood.

Trunk opener
To open the trunk from inside the cabin, simply
press the trunk opener.
To disable the trunk opener, turn off the main
switch in the glove box.

Off
When the trunk opener is disabled, the trunk can-
not be opened using the wireless remote control
or the entry function.
