Clock
■The clock is displayed when
The ignition key is in the “ACC” or “ON” position.
■When the battery is disconnected
The time display will automatically be set to 1:00.
■Adjust clock
Adjust hours.
Adjust minutes.
Round the nearest hour.*

Outside temperature display
■Operating conditions
The ignition key is in the “ON” position.
■When --- is displayed
The system may be malfunctioning. Take your vehicle to your Lexus dealer.
The displayed temperature ranges from -22°F (-30°C) up to 122°F
(50°C).

Ashtrays
FrontPress in and release the lid to
open.
Press down on the lock spring
plate to remove.
Push the lid to close.
Rear Pull the ashtray lid to open.
Pull the ashtray upwards to
remove.
Pull the ashtray lid to open.
Pull out the ashtray with press-
ing on the snuffer bridge to
remove.

CAUTION
■When not in use
Keep the ashtray closed.
Injuries may result in the event of an accident or sudden braking.
NOTICE
■To prevent fire
●Fully extinguish matches and cigarettes be fore putting them in the ashtray, then
make sure the ashtray is fully closed.
●Do not place paper or any other type of flammable object in the ashtray.

Cigarette lighter
■The cigarette lighter can be used when
The ignition key is in the “ACC” position.
CAUTION
■To avoid burns or fires
●Do not touch the metal parts of the cigarette lighter.
●Do not hold the cigarette lighter down. It could overheat and cause a fire.
●Do not insert anything other than th e cigarette lighter into the outlet.
Push the cigarette lighter in.
The cigarette lighter will pop up
when ready for use.

The power outlet can be used for 12V accessories that run on less than
10A.

■The power outlet can be used when
The ignition key is in the “ACC” or “ON” position.
NOTICE
■To avoid damaging the power outlet
Close the power outlet lid when not in use.
Foreign objects or liquids that enter the power outlet may cause a short circuit.
■To prevent the fuse from being blown
Do not use an accessory that uses more than 12V/10A.
■To prevent battery discharge
Do not use the power outlet longer than necessary when the engine is not running.

Seat heaters
■The seat heaters can be used when
The ignition key is in the “ON” position.
CAUTION
■Burns
●Use caution when seating the following persons in a seat with the seat heater on
to avoid the possibility of burns:
• Babies, small children, the elderly, the sick and the disabled
• Persons with sensitive skin
• Persons who are fatigued
• Persons who have taken alcohol or dr ugs that induce sleep (sleeping drugs,
cold remedies, etc.)
●Do not cover the seat with anything when using the seat heater.
Using the seat heater with a blanket or cushion increases the temperature of the
seat and may lead to overheating.

Low heating temperature
To turn on the seat heater, push the
switch to “HI” or “LO”.
To turn off, push the switch lightly
on the opposite side.

■To prevent seat heater damage
Do not put unevenly weighted objects on the seat and do not stick sharp objects
(needles, nails, etc.) into the seat.
■To prevent battery discharge
Turn the switches off when the engine is not running.

Coat hooks
CAUTION
■Items that must not be hung on the hook
Do not hang a coat hanger, other hard or sharp object on the hook. If the side cur-
tain airbags deploy, there items may become projectiles that cause death or serious
injury.
