8024-3. Do-it-yourself maintenance
LX570_OM_OM60L21U_(U) Replace the light bulb, and install
the bulb base. Align the 3 tabs on the light bulb
with the mounting, and insert.
Turn and secure the bulb base. Shake the bulb base gently to
check that it is not loose, turn the
headlights on once and visually
confirm that no light is leaking
through the mounting.
When installing the cover, conduct in reverse.STEP 4

LX570_OM_OM60L21U_(U) Have the vehicle inspected immediately.
Failing to investigate the cause of the following warnings may lead to the
system operating abnormally and possibly cause an accident. Have the
vehicle inspected by your Lexus dealer, immediately. Warning light Warning light/Details

(Canada) Malfunction indicator lamp
Indicates a malfunction in:
• The emission control system;
• The electronic engine control system;
• The electronic throttle control system; or
• The electronic automatic transmission control system.
SRS warning light
Indicates a malfunction in:
• The SRS airbag system;
• The front passenger occupant classification system; or
• The seat belt pretensioner system.

(Canada) ABS warning light
Indicates a malfunction in:
•The ABS; or
• The brake assist system.
(Comes on or
flashes) Pre-collision system warning light (if equipped)
Indicates:
• Malfunction in the pre-collision system if the light comes on.
• The system cannot temporarily be used if the light flashes.
