Interior features
LX570_OM_OM60L21U_(U) Outside temperature display
Outside temperature is displayed in the screen.
The displayed temperature ranges from -40  F (-40  C) up to 122  F
(50  C).

The outside temperature is displayed when
The “ENGINE START STOP” switch is in IGNITION ON mode. ■
When “— —” or “E” is displayed
The system may be malfunctioning. Take your vehicle to your Lexus dealer■
Display
In the following situations, the correct outside temperature may not be displayed, or
the display may take longer than normal to change. ●
When stopped, or driving at low speeds (less than 12 mph [20 km/h]) ●
When the outside temperature has changed suddenly (at the entrance/exit of a
garage, tunnel, etc.)

Press the “AUTO” button.
The air conditioning system will begin to operate. Air outlets
and fan speed are automatically adjusted according to the
temperature setting.
Press “  ” on the “TEMP” button to in crease the temperature and
“  ” to decrease the temperature. The temperature for the right-hand an d left-hand rear seats can be set
separately.
Adjusting the settings
■ Adjusting the temperature setting
Press “  ” on the “TEMP” button to increase the temperature and “  ”
to decrease the temperature. The temperature for the right-hand and left-hand rear seats can be set sep-
arately.
■ Adjusting the fan speed
Press “  ” (increase) or “  ”  (decrease) on .The fan speed is shown on the display. (7 levels)
Press to turn the fan off.
■ Changing the air outlets
Press the “MODE” button. The air outlets switch each time the button is pressed. STEP 1

The rear window and outside rear view mirror defoggers can be operated when
The “ENGINE START STOP” switch is in IGNITION ON mode.
CAUTION■
When the outside rear view mirror defoggers are on
Do not touch the rear view mirror surfac es, as they can become very hot and burn
you.These features are used to defog the rear window, and to remove rain-
drops, dew and frost from the outside rear view mirrors.
On/off The operation time changes
according to the ambient tem-
perature and vehicle speed.
Pressing the button again also
turns the defoggers off.

The windshield wiper de-icer can be operated when
The “ENGINE START STOP” switch is in IGNITION ON mode.
CAUTION■
When the windshield wiper de-icer is on
Do not touch the glass at the lower part of the windshield or the side of the front pil-
lars as the surfaces can become very hot and burn you.This feature is used to prevent ice fr om building up on the windshield and
wiper blades.
Press the “CLIMATE” button.
On/off The windshield wiper de-icer
will automatically turn off after
approximately 15 minutes.
Touching the switch again also
turns the de-icer off.STEP 1
