UEL TANK
C APACIT Y/ fUEL IN fO
Your vehicle has a f\iuel tank
capacity of 18.6 \fal\ilons (70.4L).
Your vehicle will run\i normally on
87 octane re\fular f\iuel. Premium
fuel will provide im\iproved
performance. Do not\i use E85
fuels \because your \ivehicle was
not desi\fned to run\i on fuels with
more than 10% etha\inol.
If you have a 3.5L\i V6 Eco\boost
en\fine, your vehicle\i is desi\fned
to run on re\fular f\iuel with an
octane ratin\f of 87 \ior hi\fher.
For \best overall pe\irformance,
premium fuel with an octane ratin\f
of 91 or hi\fher is r\iecommended.
The performance \fain\ied \by
usin\f premium fuel w\iill \be most
noticea\ble in hot wea\ither or in
severe duty applica\itions such as
towin\f a trailer. Some stations
offer fuels posted\i as ‘Re\fular’
with an octane ratin\i\f \below 87,
particularly in hi\fh \ialtitude areas.
Fuels with octane le\ivels \below 87
are not recommended\i for either
en\fine. Do not \be co\incerned if
your en\fine sometime\is knocks
li\fhtly. However, if it knocks
heavily while you ar\ie usin\f
fuel with the recomm\iended octane
ratin\f, see your au\ithorized dealer
to prevent any en\fi\ine dama\fe.
