1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove in the order shown in the figure, referring to Removal Note.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Trunk lid lock cylinder
1. Disconnect the opening rod from the trunk lid lock assembly.
2. Remove the retainer and the trunk lid lock cylinder and
