If ABS inter ve nes when braking, yo uw ill fe el a
pulsing in th eb ra ke pedal. The pulsating brake
pedal can be an indication of hazardous ro ad
condition sa nd can ser ve as ar eminder to ta ke

Cruise control is only an aid. Yo ua re re sponsible
fo rt he dis ta nce to th ev ehicle in front, fo rv ehi‐
cle speed, fo rb ra king in good time and fo rs ta y‐
ing in lane.
Sy st em limitations
Cruise control ma ybeu nable to maintain th e
st ored speed on uphill gradients. The st ored
speed is re sumed when th eg ra dient eve ns out.
Chang ei nt oal owe rg ear in good time on long
and st eep downhill gradients. Ta ke particular
no te of th is when drivin gal aden ve hicle. By
doing so, yo uw ill mak eu se of th eb ra king ef fe ct
