onl yaids. The driver of thev ehicle is responsible
fo rc orrect vehicle illumination in accordance

Cornering light function
Cornering light impr ovesthe illumination of the
ro ad ove raw idea ngle in thed irection youa re
turning, enablingb ette rv isibilityint ight bends,
fo re xamp le. It can only be activated whenthe
lo wb eam is switched on.
The function is active:
RAt speeds belo w25mph (40 km/h) when
th et urns ignal light is switched on or the
st eering wheel is turned.
RAt speeds between 25 mph(40 km/h) and
45 mph(70 km/h) when thes teering wheel
is turned.
Tr af ficc ircle and intersection function: the
cornering light is acti vatedonb oths ides thro ugh

lated automatically based on thed ista nce to

The sy stem's optical sensor is located behind
th ew indshield near theo verhead control panel.
