Do not carry theKEYLE SS-GO key about
your person inthese situations orinsitua-
tions similar tothese. Thiswillprevent the
uninten tionalopening/c losingofthe tail-
gate.

To open/clo se:kick your footintosensor
detect ionzone 0043below thebumper.
Two warning tonessound whilethetailgate
is opening orclosing.
X If
the tailgat edoes notopen/clo seafter
several attempt s:wait atleast tensec-
onds, usingyourfootkick under thebumper
again.
If you hold your footunder thebumper fortoo
long, thetailgate doesnotopen orclose.
Repeat thelegmovement morequickly ifthis
occurs.
To stop theopening orclosing procedure:
R kick with your footintosensor detection
range 0043under thebumper, or
R pull thehandle onthe outside ofthe tail-
gate, or
R press theclosing buttononthe tailgate, or
R press the0054 button onthe Smart Key
If the tailgate closingprocedure hasbeen
stopped:
R kick your footunder thebumper againand

You canlimit theopening angleofthe tailgate.
This could beuseful, forexample, ifthere is
insufficien tspace above thetailgate. Itis pos-
sible tolimit thetailgate inthe top half ofits
opening range.
To open thetailgate fully,pullthehandle on
the outside ofthe tailgate againafterithas
stopped automatically. Thisdoes notdelete
