extreme cases with loss of limbs when

reaching into windshield wiper mechanism
Always remove ignition key when working on

windshield wiper mechanism.

Ensure that wiper motor is in park position

Open protective cap (1)

Unscrew nut (2)

Take off wiper arm


Hold wiper arm on mounting section to

avoid hitting against windshield.

Install in the reverse order

Remove cover on air intake

Unscrew nuts (1) on wiper arm

Lift wiper system (2)

Disconnect connector (3) from the wiper

motor (M6/1)

Remove wiper system (2)

Install in the reverse order
