HUOM (1) Tarkastakaa pesulaite ajoittain varmistaaksenne, etta pesu ­
nestetta suihkuaa lasille.
(2) Mikali pesunesteen loppumisen merkkivalo syttyy, taytta­
kaa sailib niin nopeasti kuin mahdollista.

Tuulilasin pyyhkija ja pesulaite toimivat virtalukon "ON" -ja "ACC" -a sennossa. Tuulilasin pyyhkijat ja pesulaite toimivat vipua kaantamalla .
Kun vedatte vipua itseanne kohti Iyhyen aikaa, pyyhkijat toimi­
vat kerran. (Huurteen pyyhkimistoiminta)

Headlight washer switch* EE02A·Bc
The headlight washer can be operated with the ignition switch at the "ON" position and the light switch at the on
position.
Push the
button once and the washer fluid will be sprayed on to the headlights for about 0.5 seco nd.
(1) Check the headlight wash ers periodically to confirm that the washer fluid is being sprayed properly on to th e
headlight lenses. (2) If the low- h eadlight washer fluid warning lamp illumi­
nates , fill the tank with washer fluid at the earliest opportunity,
Windscreen wiper and washer switch EE13A·B
The windscreen wiper and washer can be operated with the ignition switch in the "ON" or "ACe" position. Move the switch to operate the windscreen wipers or spray the washer fluid. Lightly pulling the lever toward you causes the wipers to operate once (misting function).

kiertamalla saatonappulaa.
Kun
haluatte pidentaa taukoaikaa,
kaantakaa nappulaa itseanne kohti.
Tuulilasin pesulaite
Pesunestetta suihkuaa lasille kun vipua kaannetaan nuolen osoittamaan suun­
taan. Pyyhkimet toimivat automaattisesti

with the variable intermit­tent type, the intermittent intervals are
adjustable from 3 to 12 seconds by turning the adjusting knob. Turn the knob toward you to extend the
intermittent intervals .
Windscreen washer
The washer fluid will be sprayed onto
the windscreen by moving the lever in
the direction of the arrow, The wipers operate automatically while the washer fluid is being sprayed.

(1) Ala kayta pesinta yhtamittaisesti yli 20 sekunnin ajan. Moottori saattaa vaurioitua, jos pesinta kaytetaan neste­
sailion ollessa tyhja. (2) Ala kayta pyyhkimia lasin ollessa kuiva. Pyyhkimien sulat
ole jaatyneet lasiin. Paikoilleen jaatyneet pyyhkimet saat­
tavat vaurioittaa moottoria.' (3) Tarkista aina kylmalla saalla etteivat pyyhkimien sulat ole
jaatyneet lasiin. Paikoilleen jaatyne
et pyyhkimet saattavat
vaurioittaa moottoria. (4) Jos jaa tai lumi estaa pyyhkimi en vapaan liikkumisen ,
saattaa moottori vaurioitua , vaikka kytkin kaannetaankin
" OFF " -asentoon . Pysayta auto turvalliseen paikkraan,
sammuta virta ja puhdista lasit. niin etta pyyhkimet paase­vat toimimaan esteettomasti. (5) Jos pesinta kaytetaan kylmalla ilmalla, saattaa lasille suih­kutettu neste jaatya ja haitata nakyvyytta. Pesimen kaytto on suositeltavaa vasta kun lammityslaite on laniminanyt lasin.
Precautions to observe when using wipers and
washers EE13C-A
(1) Avoid using the washer continuously for more than 20 seconds. Do not operate the washer when the fluid reser­voir is empty. The motor may burn out. (2) Do not use the wipers when the glass is dry . They may
scratch the glass surface or their blades may be prematurely worn out. (3) Before using the wipers in cold weather, check that the wiper blades are not frozen to the glass _ Th e motor may
burn out if the wipers are used with the blades frozen. (4) If the moving wipers become blocked by ice or other deposits on the glass , the motor may burn out even if the wiper switch is at "OFF" . If obstruction occurs , park your vehicle in a safe place , turn off the ignition, and clean the
deposits from the glass so that the
wipers operate smoothly. (5) If the washer is used in cold weather, the washer fluid sprayed against the glass might freeze resulting in poor visibility_ Heat the glass with a heater (defroster or de ­
mister) before using the washer .

taessa .

Varmista ennen tuulilasin-ja takalasin pyyhkimien kayttaa
etteivat kumit ole jaatyneet Kiinni lasiin. Irrota pyyhkimet ennen
kuin kay tat niita, ettei moottori vaurioidu.

Pull the parking brake lever all the way up to check the number of "clicks" that the ratchet makes. One click represents a
lever movement of one notch. The lever should move the specified number of notches for normal brake application.

If the parking brake lever stroke is not within the standard range, have the
brake lever adjusted at an authorized
MITSUBISHI dealer .
Hinges and latches lubrication EM21A·A
Check all latches and hinges, and lubricate if necessary by first
cleaning and then
applying mUltipurpose grease.
Wiper blades EL0 5A ·D a
Before operating the wipers, check the wiper blades to confirm that they are not frozen to the windscreen or rear window. If the
blades are frozen to the windscreen or rear window, do not operate the wipers until the ice has melted and the blades are
freed , otherwise the wiper motor might get damaged .
