Light reminder chimeGUID-72168721-DFA8-448A-961A-A3FACAB0A8E3The light reminder chime will sound when the
driver side door is opened with the light switch
in the AUTO (if so equipped),
or
position, and the ignition switch is in the ACC,
OFF or LOCK position.
Turn the light switch off when you leave the
vehicle.
Brake pad wear warningGUID-EF2EB7E0-B227-4E63-9DC8-B730CC13FB1BThe disc brake pads have audible wear warn-
ings. When a brake pad requires replacement, it
will make a high pitched scraping sound when
the vehicle is in motion. This scraping sound will
first occur only when the brake pedal is
depressed. After more wear of the brake pad,
the sound will always be heard even if the brake
pedal is not depressed. Have the brakes
checked as soon as possible if the warning
sound is heard.
Parking brake reminder chimeGUID-8853279F-1AD6-47C7-B9A8-09A67EC2B7BEThe parking brake reminder chime will sound if
the vehicle is driven at more than 4 MPH (7
km/h) with the parking brake applied. Stop the
vehicle and release the parking brake.
Seat belt warning chimeGUID-F9E8997E-7A88-4D30-B477-C791A79F8575The seat belt warning chime will sound for about
6 seconds unless the driver’s seat belt is
securely fastened.

operation. If the nozzle is clogged, remove any
objects with a needle or small pin

system check if the brake pedal height
does not return to normal.
