DRIVING
This vehicle will handle and maneuver dif-
ferently from an ordinary passenger ve-
hicle because it has a higher center of
gravity. As with other vehicles with fea-
tures of this type, failure to operate this
vehicle correctly may result in loss of con-
trol or an accident.
Be sure to read “Precautions when start-
ing and driving” (P. 5-2) and “Avoiding colli-
sion and rollover” (P. 5-6).
MODIFICATION OF YOUR VEHICLE

not affect the safety of the vehicle.
NISSAN does not assume the responsi-
bility as the final stage manufacturer
for modified or altered vehicles. NISSAN
is not responsible for the final certifica-
tion, product liability claims, or war-
ranty claims, resulting from any compo-

modifications which cause the vehicle
to become non-compliant with any of
the motor vehicle safety standards,
emissions regulations, or modifications
that cause the vehicle to be or become
