As many as5remote controllers canbeused withone
vehicle. Forinformation aboutthepurchase anduseof
additional remotecontrollers, contactaNISSAN deal-

The remote controller willnotfunction underthe
following conditions:
. When thedistance between theremote controller
and vehicle ismore thanapproximately 1m (3.3
ft) .
. When theremote controller batteryisdischarged.
. When thekey isin the ignition switch.

will illuminate) .
2. Ifthe A/C indicator lightisnot illuminated, push
the ªA/Cº button (theA/C indicator lightwill
illuminate) .
3. Push thetemperature controlbuttons

º) to set the desired temperature.

When theDUAL indicator lightisnot illumi-
nated, pushing theªAUT Oºbutton (theAUTO
indicator lightwillilluminate) changesboththe
driver andpassenger sidetemperature.

When theDUAL indicator lightisnot illumi-
nated, pushing theªDUAL ºbutton (theDUAL
indicator lightwillilluminate) allowstheuser to independently
changethedriver andpassen-
ger side temperatures withthecorresponding
temperature controlbuttons (ª

T o cancel theseparate temperature setting,
push theªDUAL ºbutton (theDUAL indicator
light willturn off)and thedriver's side
temperature settingwillbeapplied toboth
the driver andpassenger sides.
4. Push either theoutside aircirculation ª

button orthe airrecirculation ª
º button (the
button withanindicator lightilluminated) for
approximately 2seconds toswitch tothe auto-
matic airintake control mode(theindicator light
will blink twice) .
A visible mistmaybeseen coming fromtheventilators
in hot, humid conditions asthe airiscooled rapidly.
This does notindicate amalfunction.
