CHANGING A BULB
1. Sidelamps (W 5 W)
Turn the bulb holder A one quar-
ter of a turn and remove it.
Remove the bulb and change it.
2. Direction indicators (PY 21 W amber)
Turn the bulb holder B one quar-
ter of a turn and remove it.
Turn the bulb one quarter of a
turn.
Remove the bulb and change it.
I f y o u e n c o u n t e r a n y d i f fi c u l t i e s , c o n -
tact a PEUGEOT dealer.
Note: in certain climatic con-
ditions (low temperatures,
humidity), the presence
of condensation on the
internal face of the headlamps is
normal ; it disappears a few minutes
after the lights are switched on.
Never go underneath a vehi-
cle supported only by a jack
(use an axle stand).
4. Fold the jack 2 and detach it.
5. Tighten the wheel bolts using the
wheelbrace 1 .
6. R e fi t t h e t r i m .
7. Store the tools and the wheel in
the boot.
T h e j a c k a n d t h e t o o l k i t a r e s p e c i fi c t o
your vehicle. Do not use them for other
purposes.
After changing a wheel:
- have the tighteness of the bolts and the pressure of the spare wheel
checked as soon as possible,
- have the punctured wheel repaired a n d r e fi t i t o n t h e v e h i c l e a s s o o n
as possible.

3. Dipped headlamps/Main beam headlamps (H4 - 60/55 W)
Disconnect the connector.
Remove the rubber cap C .
Push the side of the tongue D .
Remove the bulb holder and
change the bulb.

then the rubber cap.
I f y o u e n c o u n t e r a n y d i f fi c u l t i e s , c o n -
tact a PEUGEOT dealer.
Rear lamps
1. Brake/

3. Reversing
lamp
(P21 W), right side These 3 bulbs are changed by remo-
ving the light unit:
open the boot,
u n s c r e w t h e t w o l i g h t fi x i n g n u t s A ,
remove the light unit by pulling
outwards,
unclip the harness,
Foglamp (P21 W), left side

Disconnect the connector.

remove the light unit by pulling

(Four W 5 W bulbs)
U n s c r e w t h e 2 fi x i n g b o l t s A .
Release the lamp unit by pushing
the two tabs B inwards.
Disconnect the connector and the
rear wash-wipe pipe.
Remove the bulb holder.
Remove the bulb and change it.
W h e n r e fi t t i n g , p r o c e e d i n t h e r e v e r s e
order and ensure that the lamp unit
seal and the rear wash-wipe pipe have
been put back in place correctly.
Number plate lamps
(W 5 W)
Pass your hand under the bumper.
Remove the bulb holder turning it
one quarter of a turn.
Remove the bulb and change it.
Do not tighten the bolts more
than is necessary at the risk
of breaking the light.
remove the bulb holder by spread-
ing the four tongues B ,
remove the bulb and change it.
Note: w h e n r e fi t t i n g , p r o c e e d i n t h e
reverse order and take care to posi-
tion the bulb holder, the tongues and
the light unit correctly.

DIRECTION INDICATOR SIDE REPEATERS (WY 5 W AMBER)
Push the repeater forwards or
rearwards and detach it by pull-
ing towards you.
Disconnect the bulb holder and
change it.
CHANGING A FUSE
The fuse boxes are located under the
instrument panel trim and next to the
battery in the engine compartment.
Correct
Removing and fitting a fuse
Before changing a fuse, the cause of
the incident must be found and recti-
fi e d .
Use the pliers A located in the
fuse box under the bonnet.
Incorrect
Pliers A Instrument panel fuse boxes
These are located on each side of
the instrument panel under the trim.
Turn the steering wheel to the
left, remove bolt B .
Turn the steering wheel to the
right (do not forget to release the
steering wheel using the key),
remove bolt C .
Always replace a faulty fuse
with a fuse of the same rating
(same colour).
