COMFORT
HEATING
1. Temperature adjustment
Turn the control from blue (cold) to
red (hot) to adjust the temperature to
suit your requirements.
2 . A i r fl o w a d j u s t m e n t
When the ignition is switched on,
t u r n t h e c o n t r o l t o o b t a i n a fl o w o f
a i r w h i c h i s s u f fi c i e n t t o e n s u r e y o u r
comfort.
To maintain a certain level of comfort
in the passenger compartment, avoid
position 0 whenever possible.
In position 0 , a s l i g h t fl o w o f a i r , d u e
to the movement of the vehicle, can
still be felt. The air distribution can be
adjusted by placing the
control in an intermediate
position.
Footwells. 4. Rear screen demisting
With the engine running,
press button 4 , the indica-
tor lamp comes on.
The system demists the
rear screen.
It is switched off by pressing control 4 .
Windscreen, side windows
and footwells. Footwells, diffusion grille
and side vents.

3. Air distribution adjustment Windscreen and side win-
dows. Switch the system off as
soon as you consider
this necessary as a lower
consumption of current
reduces fuel consumption.
Demisting and defrosting
To quickly demist or defrost the wind-
screen and side windows:
- set the air distribution to "Windscreen and side windows",
- place the temperature control 1
a n d t h e a i r fl o w c o n t r o l 2 at
maximum,
- close the side vents.

communication transmitters
Before installing any after-market
radio communication transmitter,
you can contact a PEUGEOT dealer
f o r t h e s p e c i fi c a t i o n o f t r a n s m i t t e r s
w h i c h c a n b e fi t t e d ( f r e q u e n c y , m a x i -
m u m p o w e r , a e r i a l p o s i t i o n , s p e c i fi c
installation requirements), in line with
the Vehicle Electromagnetic Compat-ibility Directive (2004/104/EC).
Depending on the legisla-
tion in force in the country, it
may be compulsory to have
a high visibility safety vest,
warning triangle and spare bulbs and
fuses available in the vehicle.
T h e fi t t i n g o f e l e c t r i c a l e q u i p m e n t o r
accessories which are not recom-
mended by PEUGEOT may result in
a failure of your vehicle's electronic
system and excessive electrical con-
sumption.
Please note this precaution. You are
advised to contact a PEUGEOT rep-
resentative to be shown the range
of recommended equipment and ac-
cessories.
