KEYS The keys enable you to switch on the ignition, independently operatethe locks on the front doors andthe tailgate (saloon) as well asoperating the passenger air bagdisarming switch and the fuelfiller flap. Central locking
From the driver's door, you can lock and unlock the doors andthe boot. If one of the doors, theboot (206 SW) or the rear screen(206 SW) is open, the centrallocking will not work.Remote control Press button
Ato remotely lock
the vehicle. This is confirmed by fixed lighting of the direction indicators forapproximately two seconds. Press button Bto remotely
unlock the vehicle.This is confirmed by rapid flashing of the direction indicators forapproximately two seconds.

To locate your vehicle, when you have left it locked in a car park:  press button A, the courtesy
lights will switch on and the indicator lights flash for a fewseconds. STARTING The 4 positions of the key in the ignition:
