Monitoring
Trip reset
 When the trip required is displayed, press the control for more than two seconds or use the left hand thumb wheel of the steering mounted controls. Tr i p s "1" and "2" are independent but their use is identical. For example, trip "1" can be used for daily figures, and trip "2" for monthly figures.

System which provides current information concerning the trip (range, fuel consumption…).
Trip computer with touch screen
Information display - The current fuel consumption tab with: ● t h e r a n g e , ● the current fuel consumption, ● the Stop & Start time counter.
- The trip "1" tab with: ● the distance travelled. ● the average fuel consumption, ● the average speed, for the first trip.
- The trip "2" tab with: ● the distance travelled. ● the average fuel consumption, ● the average speed, for the second trip.
 Press MODE located on the touch screen front panel, to display the various tabs.  Select the desired tab using your finger.

Stop & Start time counter

If dashes are displayed continuously
while driving in place of the digits, contact a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualified workshop.
This function is only displayed from 20 mph (30 km/h).
This value may vary following a change in the style of driving or the relief, resulting in a significant change in the current fuel consumption.
Trip computer, a few definitions
Range
(miles or km) The distance which can still be travelled with the fuel remaining in the tank (related to the average fuel consumption over the last few miles (kilometres) travelled).
When the range falls below 20 miles (30 km), dashes are displayed. After filling with at least 5 litres of fuel, the range is recalculated and is displayed when it exceeds 60 miles (100 km).
Current fuel consumption
(mpg or l/100 km or km/l) Calculated over the last few seconds.
Average fuel consumption
(mpg or l/100 km or km/l) Calculated since the last trip computer reset.
Average speed
(mph or km/h) Calculated since the last trip computer reset.
Distance travelled
(miles or km) Calculated since the last trip computer reset.
If your vehicle is fitted with Stop & Start, a time counter calculates the time spent in STOP mode during a journey. It resets to zero every time the ignition is switched on with the key.

LCD instrument panel
 Press this button to display the following settings successively: - hours, - minutes, - 12 or 24 hour format.
Setting the date and time
Press MENU to display the MAIN MENU then select " Preferences ". Select " Date & Time ".
Select the date or time displayed, use the keypad to adjust the setting, then " Confirm ".
Touch screen
Select " System configuration ".

Access
System which permits central unlocking or locking of the vehicle using the lock or from a distance. It is also used to locate and start the vehicle, as well as providing protection against theft.

Using the key
 Turn the key to the front of the vehicle to unlock the vehicle.
Using the remote control
 Press the open padlock to unlock the vehicle.
Unlocking is confirmed by rapid flashing of the direction indicators for approximately two seconds. According to version, the door mirrors unfold at the same time.
 First press this button to unfold the key.

Selective unlocking
 To unlock the driver's door only press the open padlock once.
Using the remote control
Complete unlocking is activated by default. This is set via the configuration menu.
Unlocking is confirmed by rapid flashing of the direction indicators for approximately two seconds. According to version, the door mirrors unfold at the same time as the first unlocking action.
 To unlock the other doors and the boot, press the open padlock again .
Locking is confirmed by fixed lighting of the direction indicators for approximately two seconds. According to version, the door mirrors fold at the same time.
Driving with the doors locked could make access to the cabin by the emergency services more difficult in the event of an emergency. As a safety measure (children on board), never leave the vehicle without taking your key, even for a short period.

 Press the closed padlock to lock the vehicle completely.
Using the key
 Turn the key towards the rear of the vehicle to lock the vehicle completely.
Maintaining the locking action (key or remote control) automatically closes the windows.

Folding the key
 First press this button to fold the key.
If you do not press the button when folding the key, there is a risk of damage to the mechanism.
If one of the doors or the boot is still open or if an electronic key has been left inside the vehicle, the central locking does not take place. When the vehicle is locked, if it is unlocked inadvertently, it will relock automatically after about thirty seconds unless a door is opened.
The folding and unfolding of the door mirrors by the remote control can be deactivated by a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualified workshop.

Access
Electronic engine immobiliser
The key contains an electronic chip which has a special code. When the ignition is switched
on, this code must be recognised in order for starting to be possible. This electronic engine immobiliser locks the engine management system a few minutes after the ignition is switched off and prevents starting of the engine by anyone who does not have the key.
 Press the closed padlock to locate your locked vehicle in a car park.
Locating your vehicle
This is indicated by lighting of the courtesy
lamps and flashing of the direction indicators for a few seconds.
Guide-me-home
lighting
Make a long press this button to operate the guide-me-home lighting (switching on the sidelamps, dipped beams and number plate lamps).
A second press before the end of the timed period cancels the guide-me-home lighting.
Anti-theft protection
In the event of a fault, you are informed by illumination of this warning lamp, an audible signal and a message in the screen. In this case, your vehicle will not start; contact a PEUGEOT dealer as soon as possible.
Keep safely, away from your vehicle, the label attached to the keys given to you on acquisition of the vehicle.

Locking / unlocking from the inside
 Press the switch. This allows the doors and the boot to be locked or unlocked.
Driving with the doors locked may make access to the passenger compartment by the emergency services more difficult in an emergency.
If one of the doors is open, the doors are not locked.
When locking / deadlocking from outside When the vehicle is locked or deadlocked from outside, the switch does not operate.  After normal locking, pull the interior door lever to unlock the vehicle.  After deadlocking, you have to use the remote control or the key to unlock the vehicle.
Automatic central locking of the doors
The doors can lock automatically while driving (speed above 6 mph [10 km/h]). To turn this function on or off (on by default).  press and hold the button until there is an audible signal and/or a message in the screen.
