USING THE TELEPHONE
CONNECTING A BLUETOOTH
TELEPHONE
For safety reasons and because they require prolonged attenti on on the part of the driver, the operations for pairing the Bluetooth m o b i l e t e l e p h o n e t o t h e h a n d s - f r e e s y s t e m o f t h e P e u g e o t C o n n e c t M e d i a m u s t b e c a r r i e d o u t w i t h t h e v e h i c l e s t a t i o n a r y a n d t h e ignition on.
A c t i v a t e t h e t e l e p h o n e ' s B l u e t o o t h f u n c t i o n .
The last telephone connected is reconnected a u t o m a t i c a l l y .
If no telephone is connected, the s y s t e m p r o m p t s y o u t o " C o n n e c t phone". Select "Yes" and press OK to c o n fi r m .
Enter the authentication code on the telephone. The code to be entered is displayed on the screen.
To change the telephone connected, press the TEL button, then select P h o n e m e n u , t h e n " S e l e c t p h o n e " then "Connect Bluetooth phone" then select the telephone required or "Search phone".

Once the telephone has been connected, the Peugeot Connect Media can synchronise the address book and the call list. This s y n c h r o n i s a t i o n m a y t a k e a f e w m i n u t e s * .
T h e l i s t o f t e l e p h o n e s c o n n e c t e d p r e v i o u s l y ( 4 m a x i m u m ) a p p e a r s i n t h e m u l t i f u n c t i o n s c r e e n . S e l e c t t h e t e l e p h o n e r e q u i r e d t h e n select "Connect phone" for a new connection. Select "Delete pairing" to cancel the connection to the telephone.
Press the TEL button.
F o r a fi r s t c o n n e c t i o n , s e l e c t "Search phone" and press OK to c o n fi r m . T h e n s e l e c t t h e n a m e o f t h e telephone.

T h e s y s t e m a s k s " D o y o u w a n t to switch to the internal phone?", select "Yes" if you wish to use your SIM card for your personal calls. O t h e r w i s e , o n l y t h e e m e r g e n c y call and the services will use the SIM card.

W h e n e n t e r i n g y o u r P I N c o d e , t i c k t h e " R e m e m b e r P I N " t a b t o allow use of the telephone without having to enter this code when it is used subsequently.
