a i r b a g w i l l n o t b e t r i g g e r e d i n t h e

A s s o o n a s t h e c h i l d s e a t i s r e m o v e d ,
t u r n t h e p a s s e n g e r a i r b a g s l o t 1 to
the "ON" p o s i t i o n t o r e - a c t i v a t e t h e a i r
bag and thus ensure the safety of your
p a s s e n g e r i n t h e e v e n t o f a n i m p a c t .

an audible signal and a mes-
sage on the multifunction

e a c h o t h e r d e p e n d i n g o n w h i c h s i d e
the collision occurs.

c u p a n t s , p a r t i c u l a r l y c h i l d r e n ,
m u s t b e s e a t e d c o r r e c t l y w i t h
the seat belt fastened and
must not rest their back against the
d o o r , a t t h e r i s k o f e x p o s i n g t h e m -
s e l v e s t o i n j u r y i n t h e e v e n t o f d e p l o y -
ment of the side air bag.
Disarming the passenger air bag *

Front air bag malfunction
To ensure the safety of your child, it
is essential to disarm the passen-
ger air bag when you install a "rear-
facing" child seat on the front passen-
ger seat. Otherwise, the child would
risk being killed or seriously injured if
t h e a i r b a g w e r e t o i n l a t e .
I f t h i s w a r n i n g l i g h t c o m e s
o n , a c c o m p a n i e d b y a n a u -
dible signal and a message
