PONTIAC VIBE 2004 User Guide To replace the headlamp bulb, do the following:
1. Open the hood and locate the lamp assembly.
2. Remove the rubber cover and socket from the
headlamp.

pressing down and moving the metal retainer away
from you.
4. Pull the bulb out of the ®xture.
5. Reverse the steps to install a new bulb.

counterclockwise and
pull it out of the
lamp housing.
3. Pull the bulb straight out of the socket.

Replace any wheel that is bent, cracked or badly rusted
or corroded. If wheel nuts keep coming loose, the
wheel, wheel bolts and wheel nuts should be replaced.

The headlamp wiring is protected by a circuit breaker.
An electrical overload will cause the lamps to go on and
off, or in some cases to remain off. If this happens,
