1.UnscrewplasticnutA.Detachthesidecarpeting.
2.RemoverubberplugBfromtheunlockingopening.

3.Placesocketwrench(toolkit)ontheunlockingspindle.Thehandleofthewrenchshouldpointhorizontallytotherear.
4.Turnsocketwrenchapprox.180°A.Theheadlightisunlockedandpushedforwardslightlyduringthisprocess.
5.TurnsocketwrenchbackuntilitispointingverticallydownwardBandleaveinposition.
6.Theheadlightisnowunlockedandcanbepulledforwardoutofthefender.
Installing
1.Insertheadlightintotheguiderailsandpushfullyintothefender.
2.PushheadlighttotherearandatthesametimeturnthesocketwrenchuntilitpointshorizontallytotherearC.Theheadlightlockingdevicemustperceptiblyandaudiblyengage.
3.Inserttherubberplugintotheunlockingopeningandsecurethecarpet.Checkthefunctionofalllights.

1.Unscrewthe4screwsA.
2.FirstliftreleasetabB,thenpushbothreleasetabsCupwardsandtakeofflid.

2.DisengagebothfixingloopsA.
3.ReplacedefectivebulbB.Whendoingso,ensurebulbisseatedproperly.
4.EngagebothfixingloopsA,pushonplugandturnrightasfarasthestop.

1.Turnthebulbholder.Turnitcounter-clockwiseontheleftheadlightandclockwiseontherightheadlight.Takebulbholderoutoftheheadlighthousing.
2.Pullbothplugreleasetabsapart.Pullplugoutofthebulbholder.
3.Replacethedefectivebulbwithbulbholder.
4.Reassembleinreverseorder.

1.Pushonliduntilitperceptiblyengages.
2.Fastenlidwiththe4screws.

1.Insertreleasecardatthesideoftheauxiliaryheadlight.Theauxiliaryheadlightisreleasedbypushinginthecard.Thecardmayhavetobepushedagaintoreleasethesecondconnection.
2.Removeauxiliaryheadlight.EnsurethattheventhoseDisnotlostwhentheauxiliaryheadlightispulledout.

1.Turnholdertowardstheleftandpullitouttotherear.
2.Pulloutandreplacedefectivebulb.

2.Turnthedefectivebulbcounter-clockwise(bayonetlock)andreplaceit.

2.Turnbulbofthedefectiveleftfoglighttowardstheleftandthebulboftherightfoglighttowardstheright(bayonetlock)andreplacethem.

EnsurethattheguideofthehousingisinsertedintotheguideAofthefrontapron.
Pushauxiliaryheadlightintothefrontapronuntilitisfelttoengage.

Changingbulbforsidemarkerlight
1.Removethecapinthewheelhousinglinerwithascrewdriver.
2.Insertthescrewdriverintotheopeninginthewheelhousinglinerparalleltotheturnsignalhousing(indirectionoftravel).Bypressingwiththescrewdriver,disengagethesecuringspringoftheturnsignalhousing.
3.Swivelouttheindicatorlightandundobulbholder(bayonetlock).
4.Removethebulbfromtheholderandreplaceit.Insertholder.Checkoperationofthelight.
5.Inserttheturnsignal’sretaininglugsAintothesidesectionatthefront.PushinturnsignaluntilthesecuringspringBisfelttoengage.
6.Pressthecapintothewheelhousingliner.

4.Turnthebulbholderinthetaillighthousingcounter-clockwiseandpullitout.
5.Turnthedefectivebulbcounter-clockwise(bayonetlock)andreplaceit.
6.Insertthebulbholderandturnitclockwise.
7.Inserttaillightintothesidesection.Ensurethattheretaininglughasbeeninsertedintothemountingguideproperly.
8.TightenfasteningscrewAonthetaillight.
9.Checkoperationofthelight.
