AutomaticHeadlightBeamAdjustment
VehicleswithBi-Xenonheadlightsfeatureautomaticheadlightbeamadjustment.
Whentheignitionisswitchedon,theleveloftheheadlightbeamautomaticallychangesinaccordancewiththevehicleload.Theleveloftheheadlightbeamisautomaticallykeptconstantduringaccelerationandbraking.
Checkingoperation
1.Switchthelowbeamon.
2.Insertignitionkeyandswitchignitionon.Thelightbeamfirstdipsallthewaydownandisthenadaptedtothevehicleload.
Ifthesetestitemsarenotmet,theheadlightbeamadjustmentmustbecheckedbyanauthorizedPorschedealer.

Toindicateyourintentionwhenchanginglanesonthefreeway,slightlyliftordepressthelevertotheresistancepoint.TheleverwillreturntotheOFFpositionwhenreleased.
Ifthefrequencyofthedisplaybecomesnoticeablefaster,checktheoperationoftheturnsignalbulbs.
Headlightasher
(Withignitiononoroff)
Toflashtheheadlightstooncommingmotor-ists,slightlypullthelevertowardthesteeringwheelandthenreleaseit.Theblueindicatorlightinthetachometerwillgoon/offasyoupull/releasethelever.
Parkinglight
Theparkinglightcanonlybeswitchedonwhentheignitionisswitchedoff.
Movetheleverupordowntoswitchontherightorleftparkinglight.
