Removing
X
Using a suitable object, push both open-
ers 0043towards the inside in direction of
the arrows.
Both levers 0044are released from the
radiator grille.
X Pull both levers 0044forward in direction
of the arrows. X
Pull both levers 0044fully towards the out-
side in the direction of the arrows.
X Lift the front of service flap 0087.
X First pull service flap 0087forward
slightly and then remove it upwards as
indicated by arrow 0085. X
Insert hooks 0083on the back of service
flap 0087into openings 0084.
Remounting X
Lift service flap 0087out of openings 0084.124
Front compartment>> Operation.

Insert left and right links 006Cof service
flap 0087under links 006Bon the fender. X
Insert both tabs 006Don the back of service
flap 0087completely into openings 006E. X
Push service flap 0087down in direction
of arrow 006F.
X First push both levers 0044inward and then
to the rear. X
Press both levers 0044into the radiator
grille until they engage. Coolant

WARNING
The cooling system is pressurized. There-
fore, do not unscrew the cap before the
drive system has cooled down. Wait for a Front compartment

Display messages
The following display messages appear in the multifunction display (Y page 83).
You can confirm certain display messages.

In addition, the

X Stop the vehicle immediately as soon as it is safe to do so.
X Switch off the drive system immediately.
X Engage the parking brake.
X Make sure the air supply for the radiator is uninterrupted.
X Only start the drive system again after the display message
disappears. You could otherwise damage the drive system. 0027
