dPut the cap into the hanger
Closing the fuel tank cap
aTurn and close the cap until you
hear a click
Once the cap is released, it will turn
slightly in the opposite direction.
bClose the fuel filler door until you hear a click
WARNING
⬛If the cap does not close properly
Make sure to contact your Toyota dealer.
Using a fuel tank cap that does not close properly or using a fuel tank cap
other than a genuine cap may cause a fire or other incident which may result
in death or serious injury.
