maybeaprobleminthebrakeforce
distribution.
–Stopthecarinasafeplaceand

error.
Ifthewarningsymbolsremainlit,check
thebrakefluidreservoirlevel.
IfthereservoirlevelisbelowMIN,thecar

Driveslowlyonroughroadssoyoudonot
damagethecar’sunderbody.
Ifthegroundislooseorismadeupofdry
sandorsnow,itisalwaysbesttokeep
thecarmovingatalltimesandavoid
shifting.Donotstopthecar.
Iftheroadisextremelysteepandthereis
ariskofoverturning,nevertrytoturnthe
cararound.Reversebackdown.Donot
drivediagonallyacrossanincline.Drivein
thedirectionoftheincline.
NOTE!Avoiddrivingonsteepslopesifthe
fuellevelislow.Thecatalyticconvertercould
bedamagediftheenginedoesnotreceive
enoughfuel.Whendrivingonextremely
steepslopes,makesurethetankismorethan
halffulltoavoidtheriskofbreakdown.WadingThecarcanbedriventhroughwaterwitha
depthofnomorethan48cm.NOTE!Ingreaterdepths,watercanenterthe
differentialsandthetransmission.This
reducesthelubricatingabilityoftheoiland
shortenstheservicelifeofthesystems.
Whendrivingthroughshallowwater,
maintainalowspeedanddonotstopthecar.
Onceyouhavepassedthroughthewater,
applyalightpressuretothebrakepedaland
checkbrakefunction.Water,mudandthe
likecandampenbrakelinings,resultingin
delayedbrakingaction.
Cleantheelectriccontactsoftheelectric
engineheaterandtrailercouplingafter
drivinginwaterandmud.
NOTE!Donotletthecarstandwithwater
overthesillsforanylongperiodoftime.This
couldcauseelectricalmalfunctions.

Neverdisconnectthebatterywhenthe

battery.Thebatterycablesmustbediscon-
nectedwhenchargingthebattery.
Thebatterycontainsacidthatisboth
corrosiveandtoxic.Handlethebatteryinan

CheckregularlyCheckthefollowingatregularintervals,for

positionthejackwiththefrontedgeonthe

standsorthelike.
Ifyouliftthecarusingatwopillarworkshop

every2500km.Themostaccuratemeasure-
mentsaremadeonacoldenginebefore
starting.Themeasurementwillbeinaccurate
iftakenimmediatelyaftertheengineis
switchedoff.Thedipstickwillindicatethat
thelevelistoolowbecausetheoilhasnot
hadtimetoflowdownintotheoilsump.
IMPORTANT!Alwaysuseoiloftheprescribedgrade,
seetheenginecompartmentdecal.
Checktheoillevelfrequentlyandchange
theoilregularly.
Theenginewillbedamagediflower
gradeoilisusedorifthecarisdriven
withtheoilleveltoolow.
IMPORTANT!Whenfillingoiltotopupalowoillevel,

instructionsonthepackaging.Itisimportant
thatthemixtureofcoolantconcentrateand
wateriscorrectfortheprevailingweather
conditions.Nevertopupwithwateronly.The
riskoffreezingincreaseswithbothtoolittle
andtoomuchcoolantconcentrate.

requirestoppingupwhentheengineisat
