switch coupler, engine stop
switch coupler, clutch switch
coupler and start switch cou-
pler, put a connector cover on
the couplers and push them in
at the rubber cover end.
◊Pass the wire harness on the
outside of the main switch cou-
pler.
„Do not allow the primary coil
lead to slacken where it is bare
of the protecting tube.ÙFasten the CDI unit lead and
starting circuit cut-off relay lead
with a plastic locking tie at the
tape holding the main switch
lead, engine stop switch lead,
clutch switch lead, and start
switch lead together.
ÁPosition the starter cable, throt-
tle cable, CDI magneto lead,
wire harness and rear shock
absorber assembly sub-tank
hose (TT-R125LWE only) as
shown.ÛFasten the wire harness, throttle
cable, starter cable, CDI mag-
neto lead and rear shock
absorber assembly sub-tank
hose (TT-R125LWE only) at the
protecting tube for the CDI mag-
neto lead.
Fasten the rectifier/regulator
lead as shown.
Do not allow the CDI magneto
lead to slacken.
Position the plastic locking tie
ends as shown.

KABELFÜHRUNG
ËNach dem Anschließen den Hauptschalterstek-
kers, Motorstoppschalter-Steckers, Kupplungs-
schalter-Steckers und Startschalter-Steckers
eine Steckerabdeckung über die Stecker setzen
und sie am Gummiabdeckungsende eindrücken.
◊Den Kabelbaum an der Außenseite des Haupt-
schalter-Steckers verlegen.
„Keinen Durchhang an der Primärspulenleitung
erlauben, wo sie von der Schutzröhre getrennt
ist.
ÙDie CDI-Einheit-Leitung und Starterkreis-Unter-
brecherrelaisleitung am Band der Hauptschalter-
leitung, Motorstoppschalterleitung, Kupplungs-
schalterleitung, Startschalterleitung mit einem
Kabelbinder befestigen.
ÁDen Starterseilzug, Gasseilzug, CDI-Magnet-
zünderleitung, Kabelbaum und hinteren Stoß-
dämpfer-Baugruppe Nebentank-Schlauch, wie
in der Abbildung gezeigt, positionieren (nur TT-
R125LWE).
ÛDen Kabelbaum, Gasseilzug, Starterseilzug,
CDI-Magnetzünderleitung und hinteren Stoß-
dämpfer-Baugruppe Nebentank-Schlauch (nur
TT-R125LWE) an der Schutzröhre für die CDI-
Magnetzünderleitung befestigen.
Die Gleichrichter/Regulierer-Leitung befesti-
gen, wie in der Abbildung gezeigt.
Keinen Durchhang an CDI-Magnetzünderlei-
tung zulassen.
Die Plastiksperrband-Enden positionieren, wie
in der Abbildung gezeigt.

ËAprès avoir raccordé le raccord du commutateur prin-
cipal, le raccord de coupe-circuit du moteur, le rac-
cord du commutateur d’embrayage et le raccord du
commutateur de démarrage, mettre un cache-connec-
teur sur les raccords et les enfoncer à l’extrémité du
couvercle de caoutchouc.
◊Faire passer le faisceau de fils sur l’extérieur du rac-
cord du commutateur principal.
„Ne pas laisser le fil de bobine primaire détendu aux
endroits non protégés par le tube.
ÙAttacher le fil du bloc CDI et le fil du relais de coupe-
circuit de démarrage avec un collier au ruban mainte-
nant ensemble le fil de commutateur principal, le fil
de coupe-circuit du moteur, le fil du commutateur
d’embrayage et le fil de commutateur de démarrage.
ÁPositionner le câble de démarreur, le câble d’accélé-
rateur, le fil de magnéto CDI, le faisceau de fils et le
flexible de réservoir auxiliaire de l’amortisseur (TT-
R125LWE seulement) comme indiqué.
ÛAttacher le faisceau de fils, le câble d’accélérateur, le
câble de démarreur, le fil de magnéto CDI et le flexi-
ble de réservoir auxiliaire de l’amortisseur arrière
(TT-R125LWE) au tube de protection du fil de
magnéto CDI.
Attacher le fil de redresseur/régulateur comme
indiqué.
Ne pas laisser le fil de magnéto CDI détendu.
Positionner l’attache en plastique comme indiqué.

ÅDie Kupplungsschalterleitung und Motorstopp-
schalterleitung auf 3 Rasten festziehen.
ıDen Bremsschlauch (Bremsseilzug für die TT-
R125E) vor dem Nummernschild und durch die
Seilzugführung verlegen.
ÇDen Kupplungsseilzug hinter dem Nummern-
schild verlegen.
ÎBeginnend an der Vorderseite die Hauptschal-
terleitung, den Kupplungsseilzug und die Start-
schalterleitung in dieser Reihenfolge verlegen.
‰Die Startschalterleitung hinter dem Starterseil-
zug verlegen.
ÏDie Hauptschalterleitung rechts von der Num-
mernschild-Strebe verlegen.
ÌDie Gasseilzugeinsteller-Abdeckung und Start-
schalterleitung mit den Enden des Plastiksperr-
bands nach unten weisend befestigen.
ÓDie Starterschalterleitung auf 3 Rasten festzie-
hen.
ÈDie Startschalterleitung in der Mitte des Brems-
Hauptzylinderbügels verlegen. (nur TT-
R125LWE)
ÔDie Motorstoppschalterleitung in der Mitte des
Kupplungschalters verlegen. 1Bride

ÅAttacher le fil de commutateur d’embrayage et le fil
de coupe-circuit du moteur à 3 crans.
ıFaire passer le flexible de frein (câble de frein pour le
modèle TT-R125E) devant la plaque minéralogique
et dans le guide de câble.
ÇFaire passer le câble d’embrayage à l’arrière de la
plaque minéralogique.
ÎEn commençant par la partie avant, faire passer dans
cet ordre le fil du commutateur principal, le câble
d’embrayage et le fil de commutateur de démarrage.
‰Faire passer le fil du commutateur de démarrage à
l’arrière du câble de démarreur.
ÏFaire passer le fil du commutateur principal à la
droite du montant de plaque minéralogique.
ÌAttacher le couvercle du réglage du câble d’accéléra-
teur et le fil du commutateur de démarrage avec une
attache en plastique, extrémités vers le bas.
ÓAttacher le fil du commutateur de démarrage à 3
crans.
ÈFaire passer le fil de commutateur de démarrage au
milieu du support du maître-cylindre de frein. (TT-
R125LWE seulement)
ÔFaire passer le fil de coupe-circuit du moteur au
milieu du support d’embrayage.

NOTE:
Apply the lithium soap base grease on the oil
seal lip of the left crankcase side.
Hook the spring ends onto the stopper 2.
Kick axle assembly
1. Install:
Kickstarter segment gear 1
Plain washer 2
Torsion spring 3
On kick axle 4.
NOTE:
Make sure the stopper a of the torsion spring
fits into the hole b on the kick axle.
2. Install:
Spring guide 1
NOTE:
Slide the spring guide into the kick axle, make
sure the groove a in the spring guide fits on
the stopper of the torsion spring.
3. Install:
Kick axle assembly 1
NOTE:
Apply the engine oil on the kick axle.
Slide the kick axle assembly into the crank-
case, make sure the clip 2 and kick axle
stopper b fit into their home positions a, c.
4. Hook:
Torsion spring 1
NOTE:
Turn the torsion spring clockwise and hook
into the proper hole a in the crankcase.
