9Valvola di base 1
NOTA:
Bloccare il gruppo ammortizzatore con
la chiave ad anello per vite mordente 2
e usare la chiave per vite mordente 3
per serrare la valvola di base alla cop-
pia specificata.
11. Dopo averlo versato, spingere su e
giù lentamente più di 10 volte la
barra dello smorzatore 1per
distribuire l’olio per forcella.
12. Proteggendo con uno straccio il
gruppo ammortizzatore 1e com-
primendo a fondo, lasciare defluire
l’olio eccedente sul fianco della
valvola di base.

Attenzione a non danneggiare il
gruppo ammortizzatore.
13. Lasciare che l’olio che defluisce
esca dal foro anel gruppo
ammortizzatore.
14. Controllare:
9Scorrevolezza del gruppo
ammortizzatore

Ripetere i passi da 2 a 13.
10. Festziehen:
9Hauptventil 1
HINWEIS:
Die Dämpfer-Baugruppe mit dem
Schraubenschlüssel für die Nockenwel-
lenlagerdeckel-Schraubenringe 2fest-
halten und einen Schraubenschlüssel
für die Nockenwellenlagerdeckel-
Schrauben 3verwenden, um das
Hauptventil mit dem spezifizierten
Anzugsmoment anzuziehen.
11. Die Dämpfer-Baugruppe 1nach
dem Befüllen mehr als 10 Mal
langsam nach oben und nach
unten pumpen, um das Gabelöl
zu verteilen.
12. Überschüssiges Öl an der Haupt-
ventil-Seite überlaufen lassen,
während die Dämpfer-Baugruppe
1durch einen Lappen geschützt
und vollständig zusammenge-
drückt wird.

13. Das überschüssige Öl an der Öff-

Die Schritte 2 bis 13 wieder-
holen.
10. Serrer:

N.B.:
Maintenir l’amortisseur complet avec la
clé à bague de boulon capuchon 2et
utiliser la clé à boulon capuchon 3
pour serrer la valve de base au couple
spécifié.
11. Après remplissage, pomper
l’amortisseur 1lentement de haut
en bas plus de 10 fois de suite afin
de répartir l’huile de fourche.
12. Tout en protégeant l’amortisseur
1avec un chiffon et en le compri-
mant à fond, laisser l’huile excé-
dentaire s’écouler sur le côté de la
valve de base.

Veiller à ne pas endommager l’amor-
tisseur.
13. Laisser s’écouler l’huile excéden-
taire par l’orifice ade l’amortis-
seur complet.

HINWEIS:
Falls der Einsteller außerhalb der tech-
nischen Spezifikationen eingestellt wird,
kann keine ordnungsgemäße Dämp-
fungskraft erzielt werden.

damper assembly with specified torque.

Never fail to make the oil amount adjustment
between the maximum and minimum
amount and always adjust each front fork to
the same setting. Uneven adjustment can
cause poor handling and loss of stability.

9Be sure to use recommended fork oil. If
other oils are used, they may have an ex-
cessively adverse effect on the front fork
performance.
9Never allow foreign materials to enter the
front fork.
