Dual-zone digital air 
conditioning
This system allows you to set a different 
level of comfort for the driver and front 
passenger. It then controls this level 
automatically relative to the ambient 
conditions.
Cruise control / Speed 
limiter
These two functions control the speed 
of the vehicle in relation to the value that 
you have programmed.46

This air freshener diffuser diffuses the 
fragrance that you have selected throughout 
the passenger compartment by means of its 
location in the ventilation system.

Ventilation
Air flow paths
The incoming air follows various routes 
depending on the controls selected by the 
driver:

 irect arrival in the passenger 
compartment (air intake),

assage through a heating circuit (heating),

 assage through a cooling circuit (air 
conditioning).
The temperature control enables you to obtain 
the level of comfort required by mixing the air of 
the various circuits.
The air distribution control enables you to 
diffuse the air in the passenger compartment 
combining several air vents.
The air flow control enables you to increase or 
reduce the speed of the ventilation fan.
Air intake
The air circulating in the passenger compartment 
is filtered and originates either from the outside 
via the grille located at the base of the windscreen 
or from the inside in air recirculation mode.
Control panel
The controls of this system are grouped 
together on control panel A on the centre 
console. Depending on the model, the 
functions offered are:

your requirements, by means of the adjustment dial and the various fragrance cartridges available.
Fitting the cartridge
F Remove the cartridge from the sealing case.

 nstall the cartridge (flower at top right).

 ress the dial and turn it a quarter of a turn 
clockwise.
This dial is located on the dashboard.
It allows you to adjust the intensity of diffusion 
of the fragrance.

urn the dial to the right to permit diffusion 
of the fragrance.

urn the dial to the left to stop diffusion of 
the fragrance.
Fragrance cartridge
Removing the cartridge
F Press the dial and turn it a quarter of a turn  anti-clockwise.
F

 emove the cartridge.
F
 
R
 efit its sealing case.
As a safety precaution, do not carry 
out any action on the cartridge while 
driving.
Do not dismantle the cartridges.
Do not attempt to refill the fragrance 
diffuser or the cartridges.
Avoid all contact with the skin and eyes.
Keep out of reach of children and 
animals. Do not discard the original cartridge as 
this serves as a plug when no fragrance 
cartridge is in use.
In order to preserve the service life of 
the cartridge, turn the dial to the left 
when you no longer wish to diffuse the 
fragrance in the passenger compartment.
Leave the central vents open.
The intensity of diffusion of the 
fragrance may depend on the 
ventilation or air conditioning settings.
Adjustment dial
This cartridge can be removed easily.
You can change it at any time and store it in the 
sealed case which keeps it closed once it has 
been opened.
You can obtain different fragrance cartridges 
from a CITROËN dealer or a qualified 
workshop.

Child surveillance mirror
Sun visor
Provides protection against sunlight from the 
front or the side.
The sun visors are fitted with a courtesy mirror 
with concealing flap and a ticket holder.
Glove box
This gives access to the fusebox.
F
 T o open the glove box, pull the grip 
towards
  you.
A child surveillance mirror is installed above 
the interior rear view mirror. This allows you 
to monitor the vehicle’s rear passengers, or it 
can facilitate conversation between the front 
and rear passengers without the need to move 
the rear view mirror. It can be folded away to 
eliminate dazzle.

Changing a fuseProcedure for replacing a failed fuse with a new fuse to rectify a failure of the corresponding function.
The extraction tweezer and the spare fuse 
storage compartment are installed on the back 
of the dashboard fusebox cover.
For access to them:

 nclip the fuse access cover by pulling on 
the side,

 emove the cover completely,

 emove the tweezer.
Changing a fuse
Before changing a fuse, the cause of the failure 
must be identified and rectified.

 dentify the failed fuse by checking the 
condition of its filament.

 se the special tweezer to extract the fuse 
from its housing.

A
 lways replace the faulty fuse with a fuse 
of the same rating.

 heck that the number marked on the 
fusebox, the rating marked on the fuse and 
the following tables all agree. Good

Engine compartment fuses
The fusebox is placed in the engine 
compartment near the battery (left-hand side).
Access to the fuses
F Unclip the cover.
F C hange the fuse (see corresponding 
paragraph).

 hen you have finished, close the cover 
carefully to guarantee the sealing of the 
fuse box.
All work on the fusebox located on 
the battery must be carried out by 
a CITROËN dealer or a qualified
