On comple tion press the pistons fully into the bores.

Apply the hilndlxake then jn ck up the hom of the car and support on :1xle st:1flds. Remove the Iront roadwheels . 2 Rotate the disc by hand and examine il lor deep scoring, grooving or cf1lcks. light scoring is normal, but if excessive the disc must be
renewed.
3 SCrJpe <Jway any loose rus t fro m the oute r edge of the disc, lhen mensu.e the disc thickrless using a micrometer or cnlipe rs. If less lhan the minimum specified thiCkness rhe disc mUSI be renewed.
