For maximum vehicle performance, keepthe following information in mind whenadding accessories or equipment to yourvehicle:
•When adding accessories, equipment,passengers and luggage to yourvehicle, do not exceed the total weightcapacity of the vehicle or of the frontor rear axle (GVWR or GAWR asindicated on the Safety ComplianceCertification label). Ask an authorizeddealer for specific weight information.
•The Federal CommunicationsCommission (FCC) and CanadianRadio TelecommunicationsCommission (CRTC) regulate the useof mobile communications systemsthat are equipped with radiotransmitters, for example, two-wayradios, telephones and theft alarms.Any such equipment installed in yourvehicle should comply with FederalCommunications Commission (FCC)and Canadian RadioTelecommunications Commission(CRTC) regulations and should beinstalled only by an authorized dealer.
•An authorized dealer needs to installmobile communications systems.Improper installation may harm theoperation of your vehicle, particularlyif the manufacturer did not design themobile communication systemspecifically for automotive use.
•If you or an authorized Ford dealer addany non-Ford electrical or electronicaccessories or components to yourvehicle, you may adversely affectbattery performance and durability. Inaddition, you may also adversely affectthe performance of other electricalsystems in the vehicle.
AUXILIARY SWITCHES
The auxiliary switchboard on the centerconsole makes aftermarket customizationeasier, with four prewired switchesattached to the power distribution box forelectrical accessories.
These switches are labeled AUX 1,AUX2,AUX 3 and AUX 4. They will onlyoperate while the ignition is in the onposition, whether the engine is running ornot. It is, however, recommended that theengine remain running to maintain abattery charge when using the switchesfor an extended duration or higher currentdraws. When switched on by the operatorthey provide 10 amps, 15 amps or 30 ampsof electrical battery power for a variety ofuses.
The switches control relays and fuses thatare located under the hood in the auxiliaryswitch pass through circuits. See Fuses(page 223).

There will also be one power lead for eachswitch found as a blunt-cut and sealedwire located to the right of the glove boxdoor and just above the passenger sidekick panel.
You may need to pull down the auxiliarycords to access them.
Refer to the Fuses chapter of yourOwner’s Manual for information on fuseand relay locations. See your authorizeddealer for service.
Additional pass through circuits that runthrough the dash panel and under thehood, are located in the same location.

Those installed softwareproducts of MS origin, as well asassociated media, printed materials,and &#34;online&#34; or electronicdocumentation (&#34;MS SOFTWARE&#34;)are protected by internationalintellectual property laws and treaties.The MS SOFTWARE is licensed, notsold. All rights reserved.
•The MS SOFTWARE may interface withand/or communicate with, or may belater upgraded to interface with and/orcommunicate with additional softwareand/or systems provided by FORDMOTOR COMPANY. The additionalsoftware and systems of FORDMOTOR COMPANY origin, as well asassociated media, printed materials,and &#34;online&#34; or electronicdocumentation (&#34;FORD SOFTWARE&#34;)are protected by internationalintellectual property laws and treaties.The FORD SOFTWARE is licensed, notsold. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS ENDUSER LICENSE AGREEMENT (&#34;EULA&#34;)DO NOT USE THE DEVICE OR COPYTHE SOFTWARE. ANY USE OF THESOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOTLIMITED TO USE ON THE DEVICE, WILLCONSTITUTE YOUR AGREEMENT TOTHIS EULA (OR RATIFICATION OF ANYPREVIOUS CONSENT).

Description of Other Rights andLimitations
•Speech Recognition: If theSOFTWARE includes speechrecognition component(s), you shouldunderstand that speech recognition isan inherently statistical process andthat recognition errors are inherent inthe process. Neither FORD MOTORCOMPANY nor its suppliers shall beliable for any damages arising out oferrors in the speech recognitionprocess.
•Limitations on Reverse Engineering,Decompilation and Disassembly:You may not reverse engineer,decompile, or disassemble nor permitothers to reverse engineer, decompileor disassemble the SOFTWARE, exceptand only to the extent that such activityis expressly permitted by applicablelaw notwithstanding this limitation.
•Limitations on Distributing,Copying, Modifying and CreatingDerivative Works: You may notdistribute, copy, make modificationsto or create derivative works based onthe SOFTWARE, except and only to theextent that such activity is expresslypermitted by applicable lawnotwithstanding this limitation.
•Single EULA: The end userdocumentation for the DEVICE andrelated systems and services maycontain multiple EULAs, such asmultiple translations and/or multiplemedia versions (e.g., in the userdocumentation and in the software).Even if you receive multiple EULAs, youare licensed to use only one (1) copy ofthe SOFTWARE.
•SOFTWARE Transfer: You maypermanently transfer your rights underthis EULA only as part of a sale ortransfer of the DEVICE, provided youretain no copies, you transfer all of theSOFTWARE (including all componentparts, the media and printed materials,any upgrades, and, if applicable, theCertificate(s) of Authenticity), and therecipient agrees to the terms of thisEULA. If the SOFTWARE is an upgrade,any transfer must include all priorversions of the SOFTWARE.
•Termination: Without prejudice to anyother rights, FORD MOTOR COMPANYor MS may terminate this EULA if youfail to comply with the terms andconditions of this EULA.
•Security Updates/Digital RightsManagement: Content owners usethe WMDRM technology included inyour DEVICE to protect theirintellectual property, includedcopyrighted content. Portions of theSOFTWARE on your DEVICE useWMDRM software to accessWMDRM-protected content. If theWMDRM software fails to protect thecontent, content owners may askMicrosoft to revoke the SOFTWARE&#39;sability to use WMDRM to play or copyprotected content. This action doesnot affect unprotected content. Whenyour DEVICE downloads licenses forprotected content, you agree thatMicrosoft may include a revocation listwith the licenses. Content owners mayrequire you to upgrade the SOFTWAREon your DEVICE to access their content.If you decline an upgrade, you will notbe able to access content that requiresthe upgrade.

•Consent to Use of Data: You agreethat MS, Microsoft Corporation, FORDMOTOR COMPANY, third partysoftware and systems suppliers, theiraffiliates and/or their designated agentmay collect and use technicalinformation gathered in any manner aspart of product support services relatedto the SOFTWARE or related services.MS, Microsoft Corporation, FORDMOTOR COMPANY, third partysoftware and services suppliers, theiraffiliates and/or their designated agentmay use this information solely toimprove their products or to providecustomized services or technologies toyou. MS, Microsoft Corporation, FORDMOTOR COMPANY, third partysoftware and systems suppliers, theiraffiliates and/or their designated agentmay disclose this information to others,but not in a form that personallyidentifies you.
•Internet-Based ServicesComponents: The SOFTWARE maycontain components that enable andfacilitate the use of certainInternet-based services. Youacknowledge and agree that MS,Microsoft Corporation, FORD MOTORCOMPANY, third party software andservice suppliers, their affiliates and/ortheir designated agent mayautomatically check the version of theSOFTWARE and/or its componentsthat you are utilizing and may provideupgrades or supplements to theSOFTWARE that may be automaticallydownloaded to your DEVICE.
•Additional Software/Services: TheSOFTWARE may permit FORD MOTORCOMPANY, third party software andservice suppliers, MS, MicrosoftCorporation, their affiliates and/or theirdesignated agent to provide or makeavailable to you SOFTWARE updates,
supplements, add-on components, orInternet-based services componentsof the SOFTWARE after the date youobtain your initial copy of theSOFTWARE (&#34;SupplementalComponents&#34;).
If FORD MOTOR COMPANY or third partysoftware and services suppliers provide ormake available to you SupplementalComponents and no other EULA terms areprovided along with the SupplementalComponents, then the terms of this EULAshall apply.
If MS, Microsoft Corporation, their affiliatesand/or their designated agent makeavailable Supplemental Components, andno other EULA terms are provided, thenthe terms of this EULA shall apply, exceptthat the MS, Microsoft Corporation oraffiliate entity providing the SupplementalComponent(s) shall be the licensor of theSupplemental Component(s).
FORD MOTOR COMPANY, MS, MicrosoftCorporation, their affiliates and/or theirdesignated agent reserve the right todiscontinue without liability anyInternet-based services provided to you ormade available to you through the use ofthe SOFTWARE.

UPGRADES AND RECOVERY MEDIA:If the SOFTWARE is provided by FORDMOTOR COMPANY separate from theDEVICE on media such as a ROM chip, CDROM disk(s) or via web download or othermeans, and is labeled &#34;For UpgradePurposes Only&#34; or &#34;For Recovery PurposesOnly&#34; you may install one (1) copy of suchSOFTWARE onto the DEVICE as areplacement copy for the existingSOFTWARE, and use it in accordance withthis EULA, including any additional EULAterms accompanying the upgradeSOFTWARE.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:All title and intellectual property rights inand to the SOFTWARE (including but notlimited to any images, photographs,animations, video, audio, music, text and&#34;applets&#34; incorporated into theSOFTWARE), the accompanying printedmaterials, and any copies of theSOFTWARE, are owned by MS, MicrosoftCorporation, FORD MOTOR COMPANY, ortheir affiliates or suppliers. TheSOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. You maynot copy the printed materialsaccompanying the SOFTWARE.
