HMAP MENU (on map) X Exit Info
Display a list of the freeway exits for the route. You can view freeway exit
information (whether the exit is near gas stations, restaurants, ATMs, etc.) and add
new destinations or waypoints to the calculated route.
1.Select an exit from the list.
2. Select a list item.

information for different exits.

You can scroll the map a nd select a (freeway
exit information) icon on the map screen to
display the freeway exit information. The
icon is only displayed if there is exit information
available.
Icons are displayed only at 1/4, 1/2, or 1 mile
scale.

The icon bar along the bottom of the screen allows you to select the icons that are
displayed on the map. Select an icon in the icon bar.
XSelecting toggles the icon display
on or off.
XRepeat the procedure as necessary.

• Icon check boxes : Displays or hides traffic and landmark icons.

When you use the joystick to position the cursor
(round red circle) over a traffic incident icon, you
can view a summary of the incident.
Press the ENTER button on the traffic incident
icon to view a pop-up message describing the
incident in detail.

Display and save your current location for future use as a destination. The address,
latitude, longitude, and elevation of your current location are displayed.
■ To save your current loca tion in the address book:
1.Select the vehicle icon on the map.
2. Select Save.
3. Edit the name, phone number, and
category.

If you have PIN-protec ted your address book,
enter your PIN when prompted. Select OK. PINs
are optional.

The elevation is not displayed if the system is
receiving insufficient GPS information. When
elevation is displayed, it may differ with roadside
elevation signs by ±100 feet or more.
Saving your current loca tion does not change or
