Movethe adjustment lever ofthesteer‐ing wheel ifthere is arisk of becomingtrappedbythesteering wheel.The adjustment process isstopped.

Ifchildren activatethe easy entryandexitfeature,theycan become trapped, particu‐larlywhen unattended.
Never leavechildren unattended inthevehicle.
When leavingthevehicle, alwaystakethe SmartKeywithyou and lockthevehicle.
Vehicles with memory function:You canstopthe adjustment processbypressing one ofthememory function position buttons.
Ifthe easy entryandexitfeature is active,thesteering wheel will moveupwards ortowardsthedashboard inthefollowing situations:
Ryou switchthe ignition off
Ryou openthe driver's door
Thesteering wheel moves upwards andtowardsthe dashboard only if it has notalreadyreachedthesteering limiter.
Thesteering wheel moves backtothe last driveposition inthefollowing cases:
Ryou closethe driver's door whenthe ignitionis switched on
Ryou pressthestart/stop button once.
The last drive position isstored inthefollowingsituations:
Ryou switchthe ignition off
Ryou savethe setting withthe memory func‐tion
Ifyou press one ofthe memory function positionbuttons,the adjustment process isstopped.

Loosen screws3andremovefuse box lid4fromthetop.
Closing
Check whetherthe seal is positioned cor‐rectly in lid4.
Insert lid4intothe bracket attherear ofthe fuse box.
Fold down lid4ofthe fuse box and tightenscrews3.
Fold down cover1.
Turnclip2on cover1onequarter-turntotheright.
Closethe hood.
